Chapter Ten Collin brushed downward in long strokes over the horse's mane. The animal made a soft neighing sound. Collin supposed it was a sound of pleasure. The horse hadn't had much of this kind of care from his former owner. The quarter horse was a fairly non-descript chestnut color with a white star patch on his forehead.
