One of the Twin’s POV “Everything will be okay, I’m here my love, I’m here.” My head hurt, my heart, and my ears had this constant thud and ringing. I could feel the foreign liquid ranging through my veins and spreading all over my body. Everything was too loud but I felt like I couldn’t hear it, nor could I feel anything, I was numb all over and can’t even feel what was supposed to be burning sensation the silver cuffs on my wrist and ankles were supposed to feel like. “You’ll be okay, everything will be okay. I’m sorry it took me too long.”. I could almost hear my mate’s voice c***k as he struggled to get the words out of his mouth. In that dark and cold, loud, hazy room all I saw was him.... and how he clinged onto my twin. He held her in his arms as though trying to protect her from any potential danger, even though I could smell the soldiers posted on almost every corner of the room. And as I stared, I wondered. What about me? The other Twin’s POV My eyes are closed and I’m scared as hell. My emotions were all mixed up, all the worries, all the fears, and all the hope I desperately try to hold on to. My tears were falling and I was trying so hard to hold it in still. Everyone in the room was half unconscious, the chains clinked as they struggled to release themselves — except one.
