"Angel, did you know that the god of the Underworld is infertile?" Hades' voice sank and gave me a sad smile while petting Blaze. "I'm the god of destruction, not of life, so why would I be able to give life even if it was in my mates' womb?"
"Hades," I whispered as I straddled his lap. Blaze jumped off and hid in the closet while Cerebrus left the room.
"If you want children someday, children that would come from here," Hades' hands caressed my stomach lovingly. "That is the one thing I cannot give you."
