chapter 8 Claire

Three months past after the meeting we had.Everyone had a task to do.

Italia was good in searching so she decided she will look into my mom's outside business and see if it is registered with her names or what.

Jayden and David will be searching for Ruth's whereabouts and ask around what is her plan and why did she decide to target Michael in the first place.

Nadia will search around for my real dad and find out what is his motive in my mom's plans.

And me and Michael decided to look after the pack because we don't really know when will my mom start her attack again.

Everyone has been busy searching around but honestly we haven't found nothing like nothing.

On the other side Me and Michael we have been connecting strong than before .We know our likes and dislike and also Nadia and Michael have being teaching me about being a Luna.

Last month we had a packing meeting,It did go well then I thought. Michael explained everything to them about Ruth and me being his mate.Yeah 99 percentage was happy that Michael found me as his mate and They did not really like Ruth and her attitude but that 1 percentage were those who liked Ruth even if she treated the pack poorly.

And also last month we decided to make a ceremony after we have dealt with Ruth.

While I was on my thoughts in my office a rain on the soil scent hits my nostril,There was my mate in the entrance.

We both smiled widely and I invited him to come in.

I started "Come on love it has been four hours not seeing you.so come give your mate a kiss."

I said it cat walking to him with my seducing smile.

"Oh baby girl,It will be my pleasure to give my mate one."

He flashed me a come get the kiss smile.

We met half way the room and never wasted time and crashed our lips together.My fingers against his soft hair while his one hand was caressing my butt and other holding my neck softly.

While we were still kissing,He immediately stopped kissing me and his eyes went Red,I knew he was getting a mind link and his eyes went back to brilliant electric blue eyes.

He said"Babe Italia got some news and want to meet all of us at sitting room."

"Damn love do we really have to end the kiss?"

I said that pouting.

"hahaha yes babe,we have been waiting months for this at least after waiting, Italia got something for us."

"Okay okay you got the point there lets go."

I said that surrending.He chuckle while holding my hand and went to the sitting room.

When we got there and it was Jayden, David, Italia and Nadia sitting on the couch.

We greeted everyone and sat down.

Michael" Okay Italia what have you got us?"

Italia looked at me and I nodded to her to start.

Italia"Okay it was hard to get this information but my school good friend helped me."

We all nodded.

Italia"First of all Ruth got his mate before meeting with Michael."

We all gasped.

I said"What!, That is impossible."

Italia"I know right? But I have proof to tell of this."

We nodded again and she continued.

Italia"And secondly the business Ruth was running is Alpha John's business not Ruth's,Ruth has been spotted there few times with Alpha John and I think Alpha John could be Claire's father."

Italia"And it seems like Alpha John hasn't been seen in few years while Ruth was still with Uncle Michael."

How can this be?,how can my mother do that to Alpha John,Michael and me?,Is Alpha John a victim just like us?.

All the thoughts came rushing to me.We have to find Alpha John maybe he will connect some of the dots.

Michael reached his hands for mine and held them.

Michael "Ahm I know Alpha John even if we haven't spoke in years but I still have his numbers,So Claire you have to decide what is next."

I cleared my throat and began

"I think the best thing is we try and connect with Alpha John and let him tell us what is going on with my mom and him afterwards maybe we can come up with another strategy."

I concluded.

Everyone nodded agreeing with me.

Michael"while let's not waste time then.

Michael took out his phone and dailed Alpha John while the phone was ringing I told him to put it on loud speaker and he did.

Alpha John"Hello Alpha Michael,it is indeed long time not hearing from you,what can I do to help you?"

Alpha Michael "Hello Alpha John that is true it has been a long time and yes there is something I need you to help me with and I can't say it through the phone so when can you have time to meet with me so we talk face to face."

Alpha John"Uhm when is face to face I guess it is indeed important.Look I was on my way home but I guess I will have to do a turn around and meet you at your pack is that right?"

Alpha Michael"Yes Sir it is important for everyone and I'm glad you could take your time and meet me today."

Alpha John"No problem Sir.I will be on my way now,bye."

Alpha"Thank you again bye."

I m so relieved that something is coming together after waiting for months.We were still in the couch waiting for Alpha John to arrive.

After two hours the guard came in with Alpha John.

He was tall handsome gentleman,who wore all black,black hair like mine with a little pale skin,light green eyes,in short let me say my male twin.

We started at each other for some time until Michael cleared his throat to get our attention.

Alpha John " Ahm I'm sorry for my rudeness but the lady looks familiar to me,I just can't remember where I have seen her."

Alpha Michael "Well so you could know her,lets begin then."

Alpha John looked so curious while confused at the same time but nodded his head to Michael to begin.

Alpha Michael "Well Alpha John I called you here because of Ruth your mate."

We were all looking at Alpha John for reaction,Damn and We got it.He went pale for some second until it registered to him and nodded again.

Alpha Michael " Can you please tell us what happened between you and her."

Alpha John took out a short breath and nodded.

Alpha John " Well yes indeed Ruth was my mate."

We all looked at each other and to him nodding for him to continue.

Alpha John "After searching for my mate long,I chose a chosen mate.After some time at the mall it is when I first saw Ruth I knew it and felt the mate bond,I told Ruth about my chosen mate and We went out for couple of months then Ruth started acting weird and I asked her what is bothering her because we agreed we would take things slow even if we were already mated."

Alpha John looked at everyone and continued.

Alpha John " She said she want rejection,I'm not man enough for her standards and I did right to choose a chosen mate."

Alpha John was getting emotional but still continued.

Alpha John"I guess I couldn't fight it because her happiness was all I was thinking about so I decided to reject her and continued being with my chosen one."

We all gasped,my mom was really a cruel person.

Alpha John"And that was not all,One day I saw her at the mall at the mall pregnant and I went to her and asked her is that my pup inside her,Wow she started shouting saying how could that be my kid if it was my kid she wouldn't hesitate to kill my pup because I'm not in her standards."

One tear rolled at Alpha John while he left us all stunned and not really shock because of what she did at the pack.
