Saint's POV

"boss we got word from the elders that you need to either find an eligible female they will provide one for you to Mark and mate." Tony said coming into my office without knocking.

I let out a long groan as I thought of marking and mating anyone but my intended mate given to me by the moon goddess herself, it also made fang let out a menacing growl in my head. " we will not mate or mark anyone but our mate and if they force it on us I will kill whoever they choose each time!!" fang growls out in my head.

" I couldn't agree more with you fang. we will have our intended mate if not there will be a lot of c*****e for my father and the elders to clean up." I replied to fang.

I look up at Tony and he can instantly tell what my answer is and know exactly what I'm thinking without me mind linking him, that's why he's my beta and best friend.

Tony hasn't found his mate either and it can put a wolf on edge especially a ranked male wolf because our wolves are more possessive and more protective.

for an alpha wolf our bloodlust is strong and sometimes only family can calm us down if we don't have a mate but isn't always the case. I'm going on 28 and still haven't found my Luna yet, I don't care what rank she is or where she comes from I just want her by my side.

my father is from a strong alpha bloodline and so is my mother so they were both very possessive of each other when they first scented one another. they completed the mating as soon as they found each other not caring about rank or if the other was taken. same thing goes for a wolf mated to a human. the human with love their mates scent and be drawn to them but won't fully understand why until they complete the mating.

"Saint if I may. I know your waiting for your mate but what if she doesn't come or isn't even out there?" Tony said with a frown. a growl vibrated through my chest and he lowered his head in submission.

"I don't care what I have to go through to find my mate! I will find her and only she will my mate and Luna of this pack!!" I growled out as fangs voice mixed with mine to show are seriousness."

with a quick nod of his head he backs up and heads for the door to leave and to relay what I had said to the elders and to my father. turning around in my chair I face my laptop, opening my secret tap were I order all the inventory for my human business, because being a Mafia King isn't and easy job plus it generates a lot of money for the pack.

I spend a little while looking and ordering stuff and then I catch sight of the clock saying 12:50am. " God have I really been working that long?" I stretch in my chair and get up before heading up the stairs to my room in the pack house. as soon as I get to my door I can smell a shockingly sweet scent and I know exactly what and who it is. I slam the door open and let my claws and fangs out.

" hey big alpha daddy I was wondering when my man was gonna come back to bed." Donna says, licking her lips taking all of me in as her eyes trail all over me and it only makes my alpha aura come out more.

she senses it and backs away from me.

"what wrong Donna? not in the mood for games anymore?" I say as I stalk closer and snatch her by the throat before she can run.

she gasps for breathe, tryna claw at my hand. " p..p.. please Saint! I....I..love you and you love m...me I know you do! I j..just wanna b..be by your side." she gasps out her face turning all sorts of colours by I could hardly care. I get right up and close in her face. " we may have history but I have never loved you. I told you I would only love mate and mark my true mate. you my dear are nothing but a rank climber and a sl*t." I then throw her towards the wall hard and it chips with the force I used but I don't feel bad about it at all.

Donna starts to cry thinking that will earn some points. I go to grab clothes and walk into my bathroom and lock the door. I still hear her crying so I mind link Tony to come deal with her and I soon her screaming coming from my room. " oh well. maybe we should have killed her problem solved." fangs says having happy thought of ripping her throat out with his teeth. he never liked Donna and would always try to force a shift so it was hard for me to keep him under control. but then I ended it when I overheard he talking down to a few Omega's with her two friends and saying she was the future Luna, which she knew very well I wanted my mate.

" maybe fang I'll think about it because lately it's starting to sound like a very pleasing idea." I laughed back at my wolf.
