III. BANK Jake Fletsam was working methodically. His movements were always the same and repeated. First of all he was digging with his mattock for about an hour, then he shovelled all the stones and earth into his wheelbarrow and finally he sheered his full wheelbarrow thirty metres to the pile of earth in order to empty it.
