We are being stolen

My name is Robinson hakizimana,what I am going to tell is not only the story of my life ,but I mean it is a story of everybody born and residing in Africa , like other children whom we share the same history in Rwanda I was born in 1994 ,and this year means the worst time our parents and us victims faced during g******e against Tutsi where over 1million people died within just a period of 3months in fact there is no where else in the word even in first famous jewish g******e no else where people died at such speed like this Rwandan g******e in fact I don't want to enter in g******e against Tutsi I am just highlighting my background ,to be first my father died during that g******e and I remained with my mother and my four brothers,to tell you the truth life wasn't easy after loosing our dad and also the country was not organized while dead body were left not yet buried the country was smelling dead body , in 2000 that is when my brain started waking up and started looking for a way that people were following to achieve their Goals ,like other parents do choosing for their children my mother too took me to school to start schools though it wasn't easy cause I went to start school while seeing my brothers beside me whom my mother failed to pay for them to advance the school ,so even me going to school was not really giving me any hope of life though the slogan was like go to school study we'll finish get a job make money and come back and help your family ,I started primary one and the life was common no body had shoes and life was almost similar to every body no body could lough to each other for that situation . My two brothers directly left home to go and find how they can achieve their goals without following the normal way where everybody was forced to go through education to achieve his or her goals in life and become financially stable and the third one joined the army during g******e he joined the force to stop against the g******e against Tutsi that brother since 1994 up to 2005 that's when I saw him and my mother told me that this is your brother Imagine after almost eleven years ago and me and my brother we remained at home studying our brothers believe that atleast as our life will be better sometimes they were the ones to fund our schools through paying for us School fees and sometimes giving us guidance and pocket money thinking that atleast us when we finish studies we will change their life My brother and I called Noel we did what our families needed we studied and for speaking the truth, nobody could study according to what we wanted we really had different talent for example my brother had hospitality talent he was very good at cooking but he was forced into accounting ,me too I was talented in playing music instruments but I was forced into chemistry and mathematics and this is where most people loose their way and fall into the bush chap 1. Africa Education is poison and interest to individuals In this chapter I won't really really talk about my brother Noel I am talking about myself and Education but before I go through this chapter I want to detail what the word "philosophy" means ok the word itself means living a life of asking yourself questions like for example ,why was I born? Why am I a Christian? or why am I doing this? Normally philosophy helps us to live a life asking questions due to what we see and face in our daily life. But I want to ask you if you have ever asked yourself these questions, 1.Who is the founder of Education have you ever wondered who started Education and how he discovered the system of Education? 2.Who was the first teacher and where did he graduate from? I don't know if you have wondered about these two questions but if you go through these questions you will end up finding that Education is a scam that benefits some individuals and reduces the capacity of thinking to educated people , The Above questions no doubt the one who started Education was not Educated and the first teachers were not Educated now the question is where did they really get what to teach? the answer is these people who started Education no doubt were rich and business oriented who wanted to create a business opportunity and gain more referring to the book of Robert kiyosaki called "Rich dad poor dad" where he had an educated father who could always force him to join school and perform well in classes and after he gets a job and he becomes rich through that job, the truth is even Robert's father was educated but he was not rich while forcing his son to fall in the same trap but talking about the other side of rich dad who wasn't educated but rich who could afford anything he needed in his life who really helped Robert kiyosaki to achieve his goal and saved him to fall in same trap that his father was trapped in sincerely speaking Education will improve your laziness and reduce the capacity of thinking ,let me give you a small demonstration,A dog before is adopted by a man living in the forest this dog had or capacity of proving himself and his family food but in fact after being adopt by human if you release that dog it will suffer almost to die hungry because it used to leave before when everything is on the table so I want to say here education is the worst thing mostly in African and else where in the word. Now for the case of Africa it's another case cause more people what they call learning is to memorize what is the book and also mostly copied curriculum for example the ministry of Education in Uganda this year of 2023 said that they still using the curriculum of 1999 Imagine the way the world is advancing and it is not only in Uganda almost common in Africa and mostly education was brought in Africa to train workers to the rich and business oriented people they train you to be a good worker not to be rich and pay you small percentage of what you have made and suffer a lone in the second Episode we shall see how I myself became Education's victim. chapter 2. How Education buries our life In fact in this chapter I will go through a lot of scenarios where many people faced a strong effect now here I am going to use a demonstration now I will not go far but I will just talk about only two very strong men that's Jackma and Dangote Jackma is the owner of Alibaba him self he said that when he completed School he tried to apply everywhere and failed to get a job till he even wished to join the police force of china but they also rejected him ,and himself he started facing the effect of Education till he lost hope in Education and started realizing that Education won't help him to achieve his goal then he started put him self in others people's shoes ,who were not Educated,and that is how he discovered what to do and started his own business and work through , In fact at school we are thought to be employees looking around in every university course no where they teach how to make money they only teach how to manage it ,now I wonder how you can manage money you don't have ,so the truth is rich people have invested in Education just for Education to process the Employees Now talking about Dangote the reaches man in Africa now the scenarios are different cause like 98% people who are rich in Africa are not Educated most of them they don't even know how to read and people who are working for them are highly Educated people ,and this takes us to the next question are these workers knowledgeable than their boss the truth is that they are not wise than them ,by da way Educated people think they are which is totally wrong what Educated people know and skilled in is to be a good employee we all know the life of employees how they suffer to buy the needs in a situation of buying the priorities looking for a cheap school where children can study and after words they leave a life of loans,and leave also the life of fear fearing to loose a job required to accept every decision that has been made over him though is what he is trained for. I really don't know which country you are residing in but if you consider the majority the rich people are people who did not put education as their priority here are the things that they teach you at. school to train you to be a good employee: I.Discopline: I don't know you guys where you studied but if you remember very well discipline was first teaching you to respect your teachers and the director of the school and we were requested to do it and believe them because they were promising us that if we respect them they won't suspend us therefore we will get a good life but if you remember your teachers also were really broke remember how they had nothing till some in Africa could faint Infront of students because of hunger ,but they could not reveal us real the truth behind ii.Programs: They were trying to automate us like programming us time to wake up time to go back home time to sleep and other daily agenda so that you be a very punctual worker iii.Accounting :They focus on courses that teach people how to manage money and how not to manage their money but my question is how will you manage money you don't have,the truth is that they are training to be a good accountant so that you won't miss manage their money One of my friends asked me that I always oppose education and asked me if I always oppose Education where do you think the world could be if Education could not be there ? it really took time to imagine how that could be but I really got a demonstration to show him My answer to him was very strictly the world of equal opportunity and income equality and financial freedom he said "how?" No look this principle The principle that makes people to be rich se we are have 24hrs to work even if you don't sleep and work for all 24hours my dear you won't be reach because you need more hours to be rich ,so what you will do , you will need to steal some hours from other people for example if you employee 5works and work for you 6hours per day that 30hours per day from your Employees plus your 24hours per day and that becomes 54hours you will have per one day, It means others have 24hrs per day to work but for you has 54hours per day so in that way you become rich because you have extra hours than other people around I am not sure if you believe my principle but I am telling you the truth that's how people make money and become rich ok their may be other different principles according to your understanding but I believe you will find this way is better that why I called this book"your being stolen " there are things I can demonstrate to you that will show you education and richness are on parallel line can't meet as the two line can't meet, let me give another demonstration here for example in Rwanda where I am now you finish secondary school when you are 19years old then by. 24years you hold a bachelor degree then by 27 you have a master's degree like at 30years you start working and our standard of living is on 45 years that means you only have 15years to work and remember other different goals you have to achieve. Now to help you to understand how Education buries our life let me share with you the story of my brother by the time he got married he had almost Six thousand US dollar which was enough for him to start a business he wanted to do , he wanted to open a food store where people will be passing by and buy food while traveling in fact my brother has two bachelor degree in finance and laws and master degree in finance and when he wanted to create business he called me because he knew that because I stopped studying atleast I have any knowledge about business then he asked me if he can create a food store in that amount and I said yeah because for sure that money was enough to start a food store so we agreed to start on the procedure of looking a place where we can put a food store and it was in 2017 we find almost three places I took him the places waiting for him to select the best place so that we can start that store atleast in one selected place but every place I showed him he used to tell me that according to what he studied in finance and business management that the place is not favorable for the businesses we crossed like 40 places and still telling me the same feedback we spent 3years still looking the place till the money he had got finished without doing what he wanted to do though I see him as an educated man, education has really spoiled his vision he is now almost 40 years old but he is still working for the salary and also low salary though he is highly educated. So dear friend by concluding this chapter if you are educated believe me you are trained to be an employee so that the rich will be using your hours for them to be rich. Chapter 3 How and when I discover that Education was a poison ? When I finished secondary school my target was to look for a job and get money and pay for my studies ahead I mean university , after national Examination It was in 2014 October in the next month I got a job as a pump attendant then my salary was only seventhy thousand Rwandan francs that approximately seventhy US dollar when I started working one thing shocked was the way I make a huge sale per day and get paid only that less, may be you can say noon that's normal brother but let me give you clear calculations , each day I could atleast make a sale of five thousand US dollar and if you do times 30 days you will find that it was almost 150,000 US dollar each months Imagine how that sale was enough for only one pump attendant but they normally used to pay me only seventhy dollar Imagine and some times we could face huge loss and you end up not paid for that month Now I don't know really what you do in your daily life but tell me how can you pay only seventhy US dollar when he or she has made one hundred fifty thousand sales per month what surprised me is that everybody we were working to get was very happy with the salary and when I tried to talk to them asking if they are happy with the job some said they are happy others said they have no choice in now some rich people put some mercy while stealing our time to be rich while others are just gangs they still our time by force . when I started thinking about that situation the fear attacked me and this fear is the most attacking Educated people when they think quitting the job when the see no future ,their brain start thinking the daily bread they get from that job , which comes a burrier to them from progressing with their dreams , In fact that fear attacked me too I took time to think because what was in my mind was like If I quit this job where will I get the house rent and food ,and sincerely speaking I was fearing nothing because even though they used to pay me that money, sometimes I could fail to pay the rent which was costing me thirty dollar minus seventhy the remaining was only forty dollars which could not feed me and transport to the job , sincerely speaking I was just fearing nothing though I was fearing to loose a job but also the job I had wasn't helping me any more so I was fearing nothing may as you are reading you might be having this fear that has broken your dreams instead of following what you need to be you are just being tied on daily bread like the way I used to be telling you the truth is not easy to quit the job while you have no other way of surviving but here is one theory of rich people we need to understand rich people consume according to the benefit while poor people they consume according to the money they have. Of course when you quit a job starting a life of business so that you can have your own business to tell you the truth having a business will not solve your problem but slowly by slow you will enter in the level where money will start working for you in the next chapter we will see how I overcame the fear of quitting a job Chapter 4 How to overcome the fear of quitting a job ? there are many reasons why many people fear quitting the job but in this chapter I will highlight the main reason why many people fear to quit a job and take business and investment paths which will lead you to financial freedom In fact due to my experience I feared quite a job because of what I call daily bread sometimes the majority think that when you have a job that pays you you feel secured yet in indirect form you aren't ,of course though my salary was too small but at least I was able to pay some few basic needs which could make me sometimes to feel secured let's consider the following: I. Daily bread the majority of workers think of what to eat to day not tomorrow, because whenever they start thinking beyond they only consider risks ,they don't think beyond the box because what they are wondering for is only what to eat to day they are just focusing on to day's food II.Fear how people will consider or take you after quitting a job yet they can fail this criteria is common in Africa mostly applicable in my country where people want to fullfil the dreams of relatives and society instead of following his or her dream she start considering what people will think about them, sincerely speaking you can start something and fail but the sky is not the limit you start again and again. III.self mistaken thinking that you are in comfort zone I want here to share with you what happened to my friends and relatives who had a jobs thinking that they are in comfort zone, As it happened everywhere during the pandemic different companies closed their activities and workers some we are no longer receiving their salary others were fired and what I realized is that it become hard for them in the same months were fired in ,that's when I realized that for them they have been thinking that they are in comfort zone yet they are in risk. Imagine in the following month those fired works were claiming about the cost of living begging government and friends to help them to find what to eat IV. To be trained to be Employee Some they don't even have the idea of quitting for them because they have no complaints because it is what they are trained for ,they are trained to be Employee and they feel it's what they have to do that it's what they studied during their studies In fact there are many things that causes that kind of fear but what supplies me is that that fear is only with Educated people , when Illiterate got a job will not have the fear to quit the job for them they know very well that that job is for a short time they are a ware that they after sometimes they have to start their own business there are also other educated people whom found the secret though they are educated but they don't believe in jobs. let's consider what Robert kiyosaki mentioned in his book called "rich dad poor dad",he demonstrated the cash flow quadrant in that cash flow quadrant he said that some people choose to be Employees others choose to be self Employed others choose to be business owner others choose to be Investors following in this way: 1.Employees 2.Self Employed 3.business owner 4.investors most people get confused about self employed and business owners In fact this is the difference: Self Employed are those people who do independent contract they just come and negotiate on the job and enjoy the payment those are self employed Business owners are those people who take initiative and start the business and accept the whole risks of business and enjoy the whole business benefit Now due to the Robert's cash flow quadrint you are free to choose where to belong because you have all freedom to belong were ever you want chapter 5 How I decided to quit the job and how my family replied As I mentioned earlier in my story I gave you the idea of how my mind woke up after finding how how my boss was really bribing me for me to sell him my future but that time I continued to have fear ,to quit the job because everybody including my family were advising me to not quit a job because there is a saying in my country says that "you can't quit a job when you don't have another" which means as long as you don't have another job you can't quit the first job ,even this saying itself shows how people are only trained to be workers not investors or business owners imagine that saying so my friend and relative plus even my girlfriend started advising me to not quit the job when I don't have another job and sometimes I could listen to their advice till I made myself a decision of quitting a job without informing them ,when they heard about it they called me some abusing me discouraging me others calling me a fool but I didn't not store all hear what they are saying because I knew most people they don't do what they want to do they just do it because they fear how what people will comment about , so me I knew that they won't be happy about my decision. After that I started a journey of becoming jobless and I know you understand how heard it was it took me a full year to be stable and start my own business and it all started from my decision then in that situation of being jobless the brother of mine started contexting in Election he wanted to be a mere of one of the district then he called me for a help because I was the only jobless person in the family ,when I reached to him he asked me why I quitted a job I told him that I want to have my own business he asked which one I said I will do the education job because I realized that Education is a good business where people correct their money and no body to disagree so my brother continued to context but while he was contexting he decided to pay me so we were contexting till we lost me I had my money for him he continued to look for a job after failing because for him his only trained to be a work though he has money but what he knows is only working for others he thinks he is very professional in what he studied then me from there I took time and analysed what I can do I also return to the education business then I found that the education was not there to facilitate is the for the businesses reason May be you haven't liked my ideas but think what is around you and how the world is growing fast I always to different people in my country helping them to understand how bad education has spoiled their life for example let's do calculation and I will relate to my country Rwanda , Let's assume you have got a job at the age of 30years normal in my country the salary of Educated people lies between 300Us dollar and 800 Us dollar. now let's take the amount between which will be 500Us dollar now this money let's say you will work for 20years and this 20years makes 240 months that means you will receive your salary for 240times now if we do calculations we will take that 500$ times 240times and the total of amount you will have made is only one hundred and twenty thousand USA dollar now think of how much money you will have made for 2years and remember this is the job you have been doing for long period of life mostly because this job takes your time you find you have not invested anywhere else and If you compare very well a good house to live in in the city of Kigali can cost more than that money you have made within the period of twenty years In fact this demonstration that I have given you shows that no matter how far you can do it it won't be easy for your salary remember after that 20years the company might not be in need of you depending on kinds of job that the company is giving you if it requires sometimes power you will be disqualified because your no longer performing that job perfectly while they are other trained works who are still young and ready to perform that job faster than you Me my self I know some old people friends and neighbors by the time I was born ,I saw them living a good life because they were at that time working for the government as you know mostly common in African and some Asian countries the government is the big boss when you work for it you feel secured,so me I used to see them driving living an expensive life driving along with their families,by time for sure I could see them as if they people I wished to be with them now as we are talking I am 30years old they are now retired and some of them have even failed to to buy their basic needs I don't know if you remember very well people you used to see working for big companies and government do you really see them with the same potential what I know verywell is that they are no longer with that potential some have even failed to afford a bread Now some choose to start their business after loosing a job or being retired and they start make business priority when time has gone my dear friend don't be like them because this i hope is sounding in your ears like a bell. One time I went in south sudan that was 2022 then I borded a motorcycle but this motorcycle man told me a very strong words he told " that if you realize that you could have planted a tree 20years ago and start eating it but unfortunately you didn't he said another good time to plant that tree is to day or Now" when I heard those words really i realized that the man is wize man ,this is the same thing I am telling you may be you didn't do it before but the good time to do it it's to day , quit go and hunt no pain no gain. in fact I took this time you guys to share with you my experience is not that I am financial free but I am atleat In a better place where I am able to face my present and see the future I am now in a journey to become an investor where money will start working for me instead of working for money as Robert kiyosaki said in his book called "rich dad poor dad " I really encourage you to and ready that book because it is a book that has changed my life since I read the book my life has completely changed Me I am just a writer but I know my story and my idea will save many people around the world and whether you want or not you will know the truth and the truth will set you free what you need first of all sincerely speaking ,what you need first is commitment and decision if you decide you will find a way to get Capital of course everybody can do it on his way and the money comes after .
