Last day out with my friends....

[Nerly's P.O.V]
Unfortunately, today is the last day we're seeing each other before I leave for college. But I wasn't going to think about that, I'd just have fun with my bestie and Gideon. We had decided to meet at the town square and have sometime together before I finally leave.
"Hey there pretty ladies," Gideon said when he got to our side.
I smiled, "I thought you wouldn't be able to make it"
"And why is that?" he asked coming between Sandy and I and wrapping his hands around our shoulder.
Sandy shrugs
"Because you are always time conscious" Sandy replied.
"Sorry about that" he replied scratching the back of his neck.
"It sucks that you have to leave tomorrow and I'm gonna miss my bestie so much" Sandy said.
I frown, "I'm gonna miss you guys too especially Sandy but please can we enjoy our last day together before I leave? I can't afford to be sad any longer." I said. We had fun till it was time for us to finally return to our various homes. Gideon decided to walk me home.
"Why haven't you given me your contact yet nor told me where you are attending College?" Gideon asked.
"Why didn't you ask that earlier?" I pouted at him sticking out my tongue.
"Fine I give up, now would you please tell me and give me your contact so I can still get in touch with you whiles you're away" He request and I gave him my contact.
"And about the college I'm moving to Shoreditch Medical University in Canada." I said proudly but was surprised to see the look of disappointment on his face.
"Why? What is wrong?" I asked worriedly.
"Nothing, just take care of yourself when you go." He said sadly trying to force out a smile.
We went to to the mall did a few shopping, bought a few stuff, ate together. We finally decided to grab some snacks and move to Gideon's home to watch movies. We bought whatever we'll need and headed to Gideon's home. I sat between Gideon and Sandy on the couch and asked that they decide on what we'll watch.
Half way through the movie, I felt myself drifting off to sleep and the next moment I was asleep.
Gideon's P.O.V
Whiles watching the movie, Nerly slept laying her head on my shoulder. I wished she would stay with me forever but it's not possible because she has to go and it hurts to know that she is leaving. I picked her up and lay her on the bed as Sandy suggested she wanted to watch the movie toll the end so I allowed her. After watching the movie I picked Nerly up to the car and decided to drop Sandy before dropping Nerly off at home.
After saying goodnight to Sandy, I drove towards Nerly's home but I couldn't bring myself to stop kissing her. She was sleeping peacefully and I gave her a quick kiss before I carried her inside her home where her family were waiting for her.
"Good evening Mr and Mrs Holes" I greeted and asked for permission to take her to her room since she was still sleeping. "Good evening Gideon, sure take her upstairs she might be really stressed" Mrs Holes replied.
Fred decided to go with me claiming he's gonna show me her room. After saying goodnight to her family I left.
My family took me to campus the following day and made sure I settled before they left me to rest and prepare class the following day. My dad and I came here earlier last week to get the documents, schedule and everything done before I finally settled. My parents were so sad when it was time to leave and my dad sobbed which left me crying. I kind of regretted deciding to move away from them. Henry became emotional as well which surprised everyone because he hardly showed his emotions.
I gave each and everyone of them one last hug before they left. I took my phone and texted Sandy and Gideon informing them of my arrival to campus. Soon enough Gideon called and we talked at length before he finally asked me to get some rest.
After my call with Gideon, I drifted off to sleep.
