Chapter 4

As time passing by, throughout the week before the dance, it was actually calm for once. My parents still gone on tour business trip. My grandfather had visited the school with my uncle Parker. And that wasn't very intriguing either.

Parker had found out about Gavin being my mate and called my parents. But I didn't get into trouble about it. But Peter found out and boy was he pissed. He knew he was about to lose his sister soon but my mother told him to stay calm and stop being such an ass about it.

Scarlet thought it was cute and all how alpha Gavin kept following me every where. Met me by my locker when school started and ended. Met me at the door of each classroom that we didn't have together. He was a protective mate. She says I should be lucky to have one. Not every one finds their mate. Which is true, uncle Sam still don't have a mate nor Parker.

By the time Friday had came, I spent half the day at school and when lunch had came, Gavin sat with Scarlet, Michael, and me to eat. Scarlet and I were talking about the dance and brought up that after lunch we were leaving to get ready for the dance.

"Wait what? Why are you leaving?" Gavin had asked.

"Because we have to go get our hair done before all the girls here take up the salon." Scarlet had said.

"Yea, don't you want your Luna/mate to look nice?" I had said.

I accepted him as my mate but we haven't mark each other yet. We both wanted to wait til we graduated school first then do that. Which my parents appreciated that idea. Because unlike them, they didn't wait for that. And boy was my grandfather was pissed.

"Fine, at least let me take y'all." Gavin said.

"Nope, my mother's guard is picking us up." I had said.

"Wait which one?" Scarlet asked.

"Kevin. Leon went with mother so he stayed behind. Plus Leon says Becca is killing him with all her hormones." I had said laughing a little.

Becca and Harley finally started to have their own family. She was pregnant with triplets and boy she's been a little out of it. A bossy wife, bossy sister, bossy everything. Harley is ready to pull his hair out.

4 months when they found out she was pregnant, everyone was happy for them. Funny thing is with her, just like our mother, there was a rogue attack in town and well Becca being human had fought some off and when she had passed out they saw she was pregnant. Then about a month ago April and mother were thinking why she was getting so big so fast. And well they found out that she wasn't carrying one but three babies. Harley passed out when she found out only making aunt Emily and my father laugh their asses off. April told Becca that since She's carrying three babies, that she could deliver them 2 months before her due date.

"I can't believe in just about 2 months you'll be an aunt." Scar had said.

"Tell me about it. I heard that Emily wants another baby. She says she misses you being little." I had said.

Michael laughed. "That's sweet."

"When are you going to find you a girlfriend?" Scar had asked.

"We know that you can't mate with anyone unless a girl finds you as their mate first." I had said.

"I don't know, y'all. I'm just not like you guys. I mean I won't fell the pull so how do I even know if I'm even mated to someone. I'm human. I'm not like Becca or Kate."

"You don't have to date she wolves. You can just date human girls, normal girls." Gavin had said.

"He's right, Michael." I told him. "I mean my mother told me stories that before my parents had met, that she dated another wolf in her fathers pack."

"Yea, I know. It was Sam, he's told me the same thing. I mean I do have an eye for a she wolf but I don't know if she would want me."

"Just talk to her." Gavin told him. "My grandparents and parents weren't mates they just fell in love with each other. Matter of fact my parents were high school sweethearts. After high school they got married and had me." Gavin had said.

"How old are you anyways?" Scar asked.

"17 years old. What about you guys?"

"I'm 16 years old, Scarlet she's 17, and Michael he's 18." I had said.

"And this is y'alls last year of high school?" He asked us.

"Yep." Scar had answered him. "What about you?"

"Yea. I hate being away from my pack. Even though I'm there at night and on the weekends." He said.

"Wait where do you live again?" Scar asked him.

"Do you know where the falls are at right?"

"Yea," we said.

"A little north of there."

I growled. "You live there? Why you little." I slapped him.

"Zara, stop." Scar had said.

"Yes I live there. Why what's so wrong of it?" He asked.

"18 years ago, her mother was kidn*pped from some boy last name of Farnsworth. And he badly hurt her and Peter was almost wasn't born." Michael had said.

"Wait why does that name sound familiar. Was the boy name Luke? He had a sister name Lilly?"

"Yes," Scarlet had said. "My father killed Luke for what he done to my mother." I had added still growling. "If it wasn't for Lilly, coming back to the pack to warn Castiel," Scarlet started to say but stopped.

"Well you don't have to worry about them. They don't even live there anymore, well Lilly does she's my beta's mother. And she killed her parents after what Luke had done. Her father was the alpha of the pack at the time but Lilly she was never like them. After Luke had died, her father started beating her then rapped her. She almost died herself, until she was pregnant. When her mother had found out, she was disgraced of her husband but Lilly took control one night and well caught the house in fire. My father was named alpha that night and helped Lilly. Took her in and helped her." He said.

After he had said what he had said, I calmed down. I felt bad for Lilly now. I mean she helped my parents for saving my mother and brother's life.

We talked a little about each others life's. Gavin got to know a little more about Michael. How he fit in with us wolves since he's human. I told him about Becca how, Luke tried to kill her and her family that my mother had found her a little after Peter was born. Or was it before he was born. I forget half the time. 16/17 years have come and gone that I don't remember the time lines.

The bell had rung and the boys went to their classes and me and Scar had went outside were Kevin was at. He was smiling at us when we got to him. It was a little creepy but when we got in the car, we now know why. My mother was in the car.

"Mother!" I had said as I got in the car and hugged her. "When did y'all get back?"

"A few hours ago." She says. "I wanted to surprise you. Kevin said that he was taking you two out to get ready for prom. I'm so happy for you two."

"Thanks." We had said. "If it wasn't for alpha Gavin, we wouldn't got to go." I added.

"Ah, the mate." She says. "And is he picking you up for the dance or are you being dropped off at the dance?" She asked.

"He's picking us up. Michael is Scarlet's date."

"Only because I felt bad for him. He's human and he might not be someone's mate." Scarlet had said.

"Why don't you ask him out then. Until one of y'all find your mate or at least you." I had brought up.

"I was thinking that after our talk with Gavin. How he said his parents and grandparents weren't mates." She said.

"Awe that's sweet of you Scarlet." My mother said.

As we talked more about it, we finally showed up at the salon and it wasn't packed yet, so that was a good thing.

As we both were getting our hair washed and done, some of the girls there thought about doing our nails and toes. It was sweet of them. This was why I loved coming to this salon.

It took 2-3 hours to get our hair, nails, and make up done. By the time we got done, the school was letting out and we hurried up and got home to get into our dresses. Scarlet went and got her dress and shoes and came into my room with Emily and my mother behind her. Emily helped Scarlet into her dress and my mother helped me into mine.

Scarlet's dress was a scarlet color dress and it was strapless with black heels. My dress was also strapless and it midnight blueish purple with black heels. I said I wanted to look like the galaxy itself and Scarlet said she wanted to look like the sun. And it was perfect. An hour after getting dress and make sure we were perfection, my father had came into the room with Dean behind him. They both were in tears a little for how beautiful their baby girls looked. Then we hears the door bell had run. I started smiling a little because I knew who it was. It was my mate, alpha Gavin and Scarlet's date, Michael.

When we came down, uncle Sam had let them in and Gavin was all in shocked at how I looked. I started giggling at him.

"Do I look okay?" I had asked.

"No," he said at first. My smile went away. "Your more than okay, your remarkable." I started blushing.

"You look great your self, alpha Gavin." I told him.

Gavin bowed his head before grabbing my hand then kissing it. Making me giggle again.

My mother took some photos of us four while trying to hold back the tears. Emily well she was already crying a little. My father had kissed my head and let us go. When we walked out, Peter was coming out of the wood line in shorts. He must have been running. He looked at me and smiled.

"Beautiful baby sister. Take good care of my baby sister alpha Gavin." Peter had said.

"I sure will, alpha Peter." Gavin said bowing his head at him.

As we got in Gavin's car, we took off for the school. By the time we got there, people were showing up lookin cute all as can be. When we got out, those that were in my pack, they bowed their heads at us. The same as the rogues. The humans were just bug eyed out, like they never saw gorgeous people before.

By the time we got inside the gym, we got our pictures taken again. Some of the four of us together, some of Scarlet and Michael, and some of me and Gavin.
