Scarlets POV:
I froze. My body stopped moving on its own and I feel like I’ve done something bad kahit naman wala. Napalingon-lingon ako sa paligid hoping to see him.
I glanced on my phone again and re-read the text. I know he is here. How would he know I’m with Cavin and Jack, then?
“Sis, something wrong?” Cavin asked with a worried look on his face. Ngumiti ako ng bahagya and spoke.
“Oh, nothing. I thought I saw someone familiar.”
“Who?” he asked. Napatingin na din sa akin si Jack. I know they are wondering to whom I am referring to.
“Cavin, Jack,” said the baritone voice behind me. I know that voice. I slowly turned around and saw Lj in his corporate attire, hands on his pocket. He glanced at me at tumingin naman ulit kay Cav.
Is he mad at me?
