She looked with a bored expression at her scowling grandfather. "You are weak. You won't train.", he stated. She raised a brow, "I need strength. So i will train." "And what is that for? You don't have a wolf. Being an alpha's daughter, you'll just get married to an alpha and bear his pups. Go and learn home basics." "So you want me to be a vulnerable thing in front of every danger out there and lose even before posing a fight. And then what? Put my own people in line to die for me? What an Alpha way to think. Tsk..." Her grandfather looked at her baffled for a moment, then roared, "You Brat.. I said.." She held her palm up to stop his infuriated rant, "I didn't want your permission on this matter grandfather, I am informing you about it." "And what about the wounds while training? You won't heal like others. What about the scars? I said you wouldn't be trained and that's final." Grandfather huffed. She furrowed her brows in annoyance, "I don't care about those things. By the way, isn't it my right by the pack rule?" She took a deep breath to calm her bubbling anger down. Her grandfather opened his mouth when her father cut in, " Enough, father. Everyone in this pack trains , so will she." "I'll personally take care of her. She'll have special training to defend herself," a bulky man said. He seems to be the trainer. "No" she countered, "I want to have the same schedule as others." The trainer tried to burgain, "The training is harsh, and your condition is not fit for the schedule. Moreover, you are only six when a normal werewolf starts at seven." "How do you know when we haven't started yet?" she retorted and the trainer raised his hands. "You sure have a feisty daughter with all the alpha traits here, Alpha." He turned back to her, "Training starts tomorrow at six in the morning little one. Be on time." ---------------------- She stood at attention in the front row of junior trainees. In front of them stood two rows of senior trainees that were already in their teens while trainer Edward talked. "You'll spar today, senior and junior. Juniors will defend themselves against opponents. Take it as an evaluation of your skills." She was paired up with Joel, a teen with a naturally big body. She felt herself tiny in front of him. Joel suddenly launched forward. He knows she won't be able to dodge with her human speed. Moreover, his weight is enough to pin her down. No one realized what had happened except Joel himself, but after two fast moves, he was seen flailing hands in air to get hold of her while she held him in a chokehold with a hand, standing on his left ankle with her right knee pressing against his spine. Gasps and applauds resounded in the training arena while Edward gave a sigh, "I said defense Eliena…" She shrugged nonchalantly, "Well, for me, attack is the best defense mechanism."
