Predators always preyed on the weak, exploiting their fears and anxieties. Dylan knew Bo was no different. It’s why he’d captured four Psi that couldn’t use their abilities on him. It was cowardly, but that was the only way Bo knew how to operate. Dylan witnessed that first hand during the brief exchanges he had with The Fallen’s leader.
