Part 58

3085 Words

Caly's POV I feel like I have been riding on a rollercoaster all day long.  This morning, I fed off his lack of patience and we both just snapped, I think maybe we needed a good blow-up to clear the air. Stavros has been almost a different person this afternoon, and I don't want to ruin it, since I don't know how long it's going to last. When dropped me off at home, he said he still had things to do around the packhouse, and I felt relieved.  Riding a rollercoaster ten times in a row isn't the problem, it's the feeling when you finally get off and you can barely walk while your vision is still doing the loopty-loops and your stomach is doing rolls of its own. I probably shouldn’t have skipped lunch just to eat my weight in sugar at the bakery. I figure I just need to lay down for a bit.
