Caly's POV
Monday afternoon had finally arrived, I approached the Alpha's office door. "I'm ready to head down to the kitchen to help prepare for tonight. Am I heading down by myself, or…." Colin will probably have to come with me since I'm not trusted to be alone yet.
"Colin has arranged a guard for you since you both seem so concerned about the quality of my staff," Alpha says to me sternly. I notice the side-eye he gives Colin.
I am rather surprised they are trusting me to be by myself amongst the pack. Maybe they are going to start taking my request to integrate seriously.
"Thank you, Alpha. I'll look forward to seeing you tonight." I try to say as pleasantly as possible. I nod my head and turn to leave.
"We are far too busy to attend your little backyard party," Alpha Stavros
