"Kalen is something the matter?" Father asked as he led Axel and I further into the mansion. I couldn't smell or hear anyone else in the house.
"Where's your mate?" I asked.
"She's away from the house for the day." He said.
"Well.., get her back in here, right now.
I need to see her.
The least she can do is try to find the solution I seek." I said to him.
We waited for her to arrive in silence.
But my father broke it.

She really is sorry and remorseful."
