Day Dreaming

Dustin POV We were nearly at her house. You could tell when you saw the fruit trees that grow just outside the boundary line of the forest. "Can I have a boost?" Ellie asked as she pulled her tshirt off and placed a knot in one end to stop the fruit falling out she wanted to pick. Ellie stood under the peach tree as I lifted her up by her waist. She grabbed 2 ripe peaches before looking up into the branches. "A liitle higher, the juicer ones are towards the top branches as they get the sun" She pointed I tossed her up as I moved my hamds to the very top of her thighs, her own perfectly shaped peach directly in my face. My thumbs carefully resting under her cheek creases supporting her. How can something so unattainable be so tempting. I cleared my throat trying to focus on something else, anything else. My wolf Mo was stirring "Go on, just a little squeeze" Mo excitedly whispered. "No! She would break my fingers" I responded. "Or Ellie might enjoy it and then you can have lots of fun together, all the time" He consumed my thoughts Mo wasn't good with boundaries, I found myself in constant arguements when Ellie and I would spend time alone recently. He was becoming more determined by the day and struggled to see reason. His drive for her was ridiculous, if I meet my mate.... well.... he would be psychotic. Exceptional wolf when we shifted but an absolute dumb dog when he got to my thoughts. I found myself lightly brushing my thumb over her right cheek while being lost in my argument with Mo. "Umm, I've got enough now" Ellie said. I snapped out of my head and I placed her down quickly, too quicly as she lost her footing and nearly fell forward. I grabbed her arm to stop her and pulled her back into me, her face smacked into my chest. "Ow, f**k. Did you eat cement this morning? The ground would have been softer" Ellie laughed as she held the side of her face "Sorry Ellie, I didn't mean to pull you back that hard" I apologised. "Lets go. I need a shower and to just chill in bed" as she started walking again. Chill? I can't chill. Ellie mentioning a shower didn't help. I quickly readjusted myself and kept walking. The f**k is going on today, must be the invisible bump on the head. We finally made it to Ellie's house just as Zelda, her mum, was rushing out the door. "Everything ok mum?" Ellie asked concerned "Rogue attack on the cusp of our borders. One of the warriors suffered some bad injuries protecting a family. I'll be late tonight. Dusty can you stay please or take Ellie to the pack house" Zelda asked "Yeah ofcourse, I'll look after her" I replied "Really mum? Babysitting me?" Ellie rolled her eyes "You are my baby, so yes. Safety in numbers Ellie, just incase" Zelda told Elllie as she held her face. She quickly kissed us both goodbye on the check and continued to her car. "Come on, shower, food and bed" Ellie grabbed my hand as she led the way. Not again..... Will she quit mentioning the shower. Ellie opened the door and walked to the kitchen to place the fruit on the counter. "I'm going to go get cleaned up. Didn't even go for a run and still managed to get hot and sweaty" as she walked to her bedroom towards her ensuite. As I heard the shower running, I moved around the kitchen and got our usual snacks and water then went to her bedroom. Ellie's room was full of life. There were photos of the 4 of us in frames on draws and others stuck on the wall. She had fairy lights hanging off her bed head and galaxy lamps on stands.
