THE SPARK OF LOVE

Characters: JM Ibarra - Jake Ibarra Fyang Smith - Diana Smith — A brave policewoman willing to risk her life for her grandparents and cousin. Jas Helen Dudley Scales - Shaira — A doctor, ex-girlfriend of Jake, now Diana’s rival because Jake falls in love with Diana. Shaira tries to come back, but Jake no longer has feelings for her after she cheated on him with Richard. Dylan as Richard — A doctor, Shaira's new boyfriend. He caused the breakup between Shaira and Jake. Kai Montenola - Kesha Montenola — Diego’s best friend since childhood; their parents are business partners. Jarren Garcia - Diego — Jake’s younger brother. He fights alongside Diana against enemies of their family. JP Cabrera - Kenneth — Diana’s cousin who was orphaned and now lives with their grandmother and grandfather. Other supporting characters will also join them. Let’s follow their journey as true love shines amidst trials and hardships, proving that love endures no matter what happens. --- Episode 1: There was once a happy family with a little girl. Though they were poor, they were filled with joy and contentment. Diana's Mom (Danica): “Reymond, Diana, come on, let’s eat first because we still have somewhere to go.” Diana's Dad (Reymond): “Okay, we’re coming, our little Princess Diana!” Diana: “Yay! Where are we going, Mama and Papa?” Diana's Mom (Danica): “Well, because it’s your birthday today, we’ll buy you the dress and teddy bear you’ve been wanting!” Diana: “Yay! Thank you, Mama and Papa!” They went out, bought the dress and teddy bear, spent time at the plaza, and then headed home. They rode a jeepney, laughing together. But in the midst of their laughter, their jeep suddenly collided with a car, swerved, and crashed into a tree. People screamed as they witnessed the crash. Diana’s father woke up, bleeding, desperately searching for Diana and his wife. Reymond: “Danica! Danica! Where are you?!” (crying) He found Danica barely clinging to life. Reymond: “Danica, wake up! Please, wake up! We still need to be here for Diana!” Danica (weakly): “Where’s Diana? Find our daughter… please…” (She loses consciousness and dies.) Reymond: “Diana! Diana! Where are you?!” (looking frantically while bleeding) Unable to move, Reymond collapses and loses consciousness too. Diana: “Mama? Papa? Where are you? Mama! Papa!” (crying, searching) The jeep was about to explode when ambulances and rescuers arrived. Diana’s grandparents were among those who rushed to the scene. The survivors were pulled out, including an unconscious Diana, who was taken to the hospital. --- Hospital Scene: Diana wakes up. Diana: “Grandpa… Grandma… where are Mama and Papa?” Grandmother: “Rest for now, my child…” Diana: “I’m fine… where are they? Please tell me…” Grandmother: “Child… they’re gone…” (gently breaking the news) Diana: “No… that’s not true… they’re alive, right? Grandpa, Grandma, please tell me the truth!” (crying) “I want to see them… please…” Despite the protests, she pulls the IV from her hand and runs to find her parents. She removes the white cloth from their bodies and sees her mother’s lifeless face. Diana: “Mama, please wake up… please don’t leave me!” (crying, embracing her mother’s cold body) Her father’s body lies next to them. --- Four days later, her parents are buried. Diana never stops crying until her grandmother speaks to her gently. Grandmother: “Don’t worry, my child. We’re here for you. We can’t do anything about destiny when life chooses to take someone away. Please don’t be sad. They wouldn’t want to see you crying. We will love you and take care of you.” (She hugs Diana, calming her down.) --- Time Skip: Months passed. Diana graduated from college with a degree in Criminology. Despite hardships, with her grandparents’ support, she succeeded in becoming a police officer. Diana Smith, who lost her parents at the age of ten, fought through life’s battles and achieved her dream to serve and protect, especially for the sake of her grandparents who raised her. --- The Ibarra Family: Ramon Ibarra — Father of Jake and Diego, a wealthy businessman and General of the police force. He made many enemies over the years, especially from political rivals and criminals he apprehended. Sarah Ibarra — Mother of Jake and Diego, a wealthy businesswoman. Diego Ibarra — Jake’s brother, a successful businessman. Jake Ibarra — Like his father, Jake followed the path of becoming a police officer and now serves as Police Major. --- Family Breakfast Scene: Sarah: “Hon, how’s your work? I heard Jake went to a bank today because there was another robbery.” Ramon: “Yes, I sent Jake and his team to handle it.” Sarah: “Ah, okay.” Jake: “Mom, Dad, I’ll head out now. Bye.” Ramon: “I’ll go with you, Jake.” (Ramon kisses Sarah on the forehead) “Bye, hon.” Diego: “Mom, are you going to the office today?” Sarah: “Yes, why?” Diego: “Ah, nothing, Mom. I’ll just follow later. I have to meet someone at a café.” Sarah: “Alright, I’m leaving now. Bye.”
