The high wore off right on time. We made it here but we didn't do anything stupid. Not that Aspen would have let us. However, this is a great opportunity for us to take a look at the last boss we have to face before freedom is ours. The three of us split up so that we aren't spotted. We agreed we wouldn't go too far and have communications.
I don't know why I expected some kind of grand monster or at the very least someone who looked the part of the bad guy. The way Asmodeus did. The way Clarity had. Something sinister. What I never expected was a handsome older man kissing orphans and babies on his way into one of the most productive charity event in the world.
