Chapter 31End game
Ross, Drake, Watson and Riley were taking a well-earned break from the interrogation of Graham Bull, enjoying coffee and tea in Ross's office, which was now appearing very cramped. That feeling intensified when a knock on the door was followed by the appearance of Gary, (Ginger) Devenish, who squeezed himself into the cramped space, bearing a sheet of paper which he carried as if it was as valuable as a solid gold ingot.
“Sorry to disturb you, sir, but D.S. Meyer said I should tell you about this as soon as you were free.”
“That's okay, Ginger. What have you got?” Ross smiled at the newest member of his team.
“Well, you wanted us to probe Bull's past, and Sergeant Meyer gave me the task of looking into Bull's student days, to see if anything came up.”
