My eyes searched hers, and for a minute, they trailed down to her lips. I shouldn’t be thinking of kissing her… but I couldn’t help just wanting to get a taste.
I wiped her tear-stained cheeks while cupping them. Slowly, I bent my head down and placed my lips on hers. I was expecting her to shove me to the other side of the room, but she didn’t. She blinked a few times until she closed her eyes and kissed me back with so much hunger.
