“Mom!” I blushed much to her mischievous delight. “You should be thinking about getting better, not looking for information concerning my love life.”
“Come on,” she wiggled her brows with a smirk. “I'm genuinely curious about my daughter showing up with such a gorgeous specimen. You don't expect me to just stay silent about it.”
I sighed, a small smile on my face because she was already looking better with that twinkle in her eyes.
“It's not that big of a deal mom,” I fiddled with the edge of her duvet. “We just started dating a while back.”
