Judy's POV “Hey,” Bella greeted as I walked into the kitchen the next morning. She handed me a glass of water which I gulped down before responding. “Hi. Sorry, I woke up feeling so thirsty.” She chuckled, “we did cry ourselves to sleep so it's to be expected. I actually woke up in the middle of the night to have a glass of water.” “It still doesn't feel real,” I sighed and sat opposite her. “I don't think it ever will.” “I don't think I will say this enough. Thank you Bella for being there. You didn't have to stay around or sacrifice your time watching over my mom like you did and you definitely didn't deserve to find her like that. I'm really really grateful.” “There's no need to thank me. That's what friends are for, I'm just honoured that you allowed me to be there for you.”
