Seth has been giving us several jobs to do ever since we went to see him in his office. Not that we were complaining, we knew we would be done immediately after school and exams began soon.
The exam starts today. I am really, really anxious... I am very confident in the exams I want to write, but I am anxious about the fact that it is today. Seth has decided to tell us the task he wants us to carry out.
"Norman! Daniel! Let's start going," I shouted from down the stairs. Norman and Daniels friendship is now on another level. I got to know he was an orphan and could hardly take care of himself.
And for the first time in a while, I was happy with the decision I made.*Back to present*
"Do you guys want us to be late for school? You keep taking a long dress when you're not a female," I snapped angrily at them when they went down the stairs.
"I'm sorry sis, I had to look for my exam permit, I couldn't remember where I kept it" Norman apologized, giving his best puppy eyes.
"It's fine, let's leave now before we become later than we are already" I said and headed to the car.
"And where do you all think you are going? Have you received hugs and prayers from me this morning?" mom asked, sauntering out of her room.
"We're sorry mom, we were already late, that's why" I apologized.
"I do not want to hear that, now you all come here and give mama a hug" she said, not listening to me.
Grumbling, I went to join the hug... "Alright my beautiful children, I wish you all the best in your exams and, like I've rightly told you, please, and kindly do not cheat," she warned us.
Mom has always hated cheating, so she keeps reminding us whenever we are about to write exams in school. "Yes mom, no cheating" we said and left for school.
"Good morning to you Jen, we are sorry" Daniel said, pouting when he saw that the frown didn't leave my face even after Norman's explanation.
"Good morning Daniel, I am no longer angry" I said, smiling at him, and we all entered the car. He was at the front with Norman while I stood at the back revising.
I finished my exams before Norman, so I left school immediately with Paige and Becky to go see Seth. I had already informed Norman and mom that I would be leaving school with my friends.
We got to the company and headed to his office. We needed to prepare our papers the next day.
"Good afternoon ladies, you can come in" Seth said loudly enough for us to hear. It seemed he had seen us from the CCTV.
"Good afternoon Seth", we greeted him, bowing a little and then stood upright, waiting for him to instruct us to have our seats.
"You ladies are right on time" he stated, checking through his desk and handling three papers, one for each of us. Our names were inscribed on it, so we know which is ours.
"There on the papers with you are your tasks. Do not worry, it's just a task each. Whenever you're done with the task, return to me with your uniforms" he said, and continued with his work.
We stared at each other confusingly, but we couldn't ask him. "Alright Seth, thank you," I said, and we all left his office.
By the time we got to the car, it was everyone to himself... *what could be in the papers? Separately, Seth decided to give us a separate task when we worked for once.
I sat at the back of the car and tore the paper open almost immediately, and I was surprised at the task Seth gave me *k********g the daughter of the prime minister and beating her in the presence of her bodyguards*. This is absurd. I screamed, terrified.
How does Seth expect only me to kidnap a person that is guarded 24/7 by at least ten guards? * He is insane*.
