Chapter 8

Luciens POV

After lunch the ride home was pretty quiet. But i could see her taking quick glances at me and smiling trying to hide her smiles. It made me smirk. Atleast i knew she found me attractive.

That lying little s**t told me she rejected him. I knew he was lying, even about her being human. But he wouldnt have known anyway, his senses arent like mine. He was still learning.

We pulled into the drive way of our home and Lucas walks out with Jasmine glued to his hip. I snarled at the sight of them. Who rejects a beauty like Ana for someone like Jasmine. My father didnt say so but i knew he didnt like Jasmine at all, and wasnt wanting a girl like her as the future luna. Hes gonna be pissed.

“Great, heres trouble” i said with a sigh and looked at her. She had a worried look on her face.

“Dont worry just wait here, ill just grab sometings and ill be back” i said holding her hand in mine. She had such soft skin i didt want to let go.

“Okay ill wait here” she nodded. I leaned towards her to kiss her and she turned away. That made me angry in a way. I pulled her chin so her face was back to me.

“Kiss me” i said softly against her ear

I felt her go red under my hand and then she whispered back

“Ive never kissed anyone before”

She was looking away again. I turned her face back to me and said

“Good”

I kissed her and she gasped then melting into it resting her hands on my arms then around my neck. We stopped and i rested my head on her forehead.

“Mine” i said to her then forced myself to get out of the car and go inside. It took everything in me to walk away from her even if it was just for a moment

I fully forgot about Lucas and Jasmine. Those 2 idiots were standing there watching us. I locked the car door incase he tried something stupid on his ex mate.

“Lucien what are you doing?” i knew there was a background to this question. He was meaning, what am i doing kissing Ana.

“Its none of your business brother” i said to him and carried on inside. The little prick followed me in.

“What happen to the code? She rejected me bro and your seeing her behind my back” he was angry i was with Ana.

“Code? You lied to me, you rejected her, because you though she was human” i was packing a few things for my stay at Anas over the next few weeks. Maybe months.

“She is human….isnt she?” he asked with confusion.

“Dear brother still a pup” i patted his face and walked out to gather more things from the bathroom.

“Why do you want her Lucian? She was my mate” he had sadness in his voice. I had to explain to him. Ive never been one to go against my own brother. But this was different. This was my mate. I was almost mated to another because i couldnt find mine. But here she is. I cant let her go.

I put my hand on his shoulder and my head dropped in front of him.

“She is my mate Lucas” i had to tell him he was gonna find out anyway might as well be from me.

“No, no, that cant be, she was mine” his voice was rising. He still wanted her the little s**t.

“Till you rejected her and she accepted, now, she is mine, i will not argue about this, this is the moon goddesses work, take it up with her’’ i was firm and left him where he was standing.

My parents were still at work so ill let them know what happening later. As i walked down the stairs. I saw the person ive been trying to avoid the whole time ive been here. Angela, my chosen mate. Well almost.

She skipped to me wrapping her arms arounnd me

“Did you miss me?” she whispered into my ear. We slept together a few times. But i did it for my pack, not because i had anything for her.

“Angela, its good to see you” i removed her arms off my waist

“Im in a rush i need to go” i walked past her and out the door not realising she was following me out.

“Whose that in your car Lucian?” i rolled my eyes at her and turned around

“Its none of your business ill see you another time angela” i bowed my head in respect and walked to the car where Ana was waiting. I put my things in the boot and got in the car. Angela was still glaring daggers at both of us. Wait where di Jasmine go? No doubt ran home crying after Lucas followed me back in demanding an explanation.

“Whose she?” Ana pointed her chin into the direction of Angela. They were both glaring at one another.

“Hey…”i grabbed her hand

“Focus on me” i was calming her down. Yep im definitely her mate.

“You good” i was looking into her grey eyes that were flicking like a steel colour. It was beautiful. She nodded. I started up the car and drove off not paying any attention to Angela.

“Who was that” she aked shyly. Long gone was the dominate girl glaring Angela down. And back was this shy girl that has never seen any evil. My mate was perfect.

“She isnt important, now to memaws home right?” i changed the subject to take her mind away from that moment. And a smile came to her face.

“My mom is gonna freak” she chuckled and i smiled cause that was hella cute.

“In a good way i hope” i was getting nervous.

“Whose your parents anyway? I know your mom must be madams daughter, but yur father?” i was curious to know why they were here and not with their father in a pack of somesort.

“My father is Richard Crest alpha of the Blue Lake Pack in Kansas” she looked sad mentioning her dad. Wait Richard Ray??

“Alpha Richard Ray?” i asked in a shock...her father was highly known amongst the community.

“Yeah thats him, its a long story that i dont really like talking about” she said and looked out the window. Must be a sad memory.

“Anyway we are here” she said and the place looked grand as ever. Well it should be it was made by wolves after all. Madam was the saviour of our pack. She deserved nothing but the best.

“Let me go in and tell my mom first okay” she smiled shyly and went inside. I waited exactly 5 minutes checking my watch every single second. What can i say? Every second away from my mate was painful, i cant wait to take her to my home in the city. She came out with her mom and her mom looked just like madam, only younger. She had a huge grin on her face.

“Come in Lucian” she said waving her hand out to me. She walked to me and gave me a warm hug.

“Bless the moon goddess, my baby has found her soul mate” her eyes rested softly on Ana as Ana blushed. And im sure she was holding back her tears

“Come inside, i know yous have eaten so ill let yous settle in. Ana take these things to your room” she handed Ana my bags and i took them back.

“Lead the way” i smirked at her and she smirked back. Cheeky little wolf.

We went into their home and it was just as i remember. Beautiful. It had been abandoned a long time. But it still lookes just how it was when i was last here for Madams funeral. They did well cleaning it up. We went up the stairs and walked to the last door. It was a huge double door. She opened one side and waved her hand in.

“This is us….un--unless you wanted your own room, sorry i didnt even ask” she covered her face shaking her head. I started laughing and pulled her into my arms for the first time. She felt good. She had good posture, thick thighs with a itty bitty waist. What was my brother thinking rejecting this flower.

“I didnt come here to sleep in a different room Ana” i rested my chin on her head and took in her scent it was sweet. I felt her wrap her arms around my waist.

“This room suits you, fit for a princess” i felt her smile against my chest. She pulled away and started to pack my things away along side hers. She did everything so gently.

“How was Lucas?” she stopped doing what she was doing

“He will be fine” i said assuring her that he will definitely be fine. She stood up patting off her clothes.

“Okay, im going to -- ahh shower” she said shyly and started to gather her some clothes.

“Can i join?” i said to her wiggling my eyebrows and she whacked me with her shirt in embarrassment.

“Well can i sit in there with you? I cant bare being away from you” i gave her my puppy dog eyes and snuggled into her neck making her giggle.

“No ones ever seen me naked before” she was blushing again

“Good then ill be the first” i was so happy. My little wolf so pure. She was silent for a while.

“Its okay if not, i will endure and wait out here” i nodded and laid out on our bed.

She nodded and headed into the shower. I laif there for about 15minutes then i went to peek into the door of her bathroom.

“Let me in” i called out to her and heard her giggle again

“Fine then, you can come in” she said softly. A huge smile appeared on my face when i walked in and that suddenly changed when i saw the naked form in front of me. Possessiveness took over me. I was taking in every inch of her body and committing it to memory. I fought with myself to stay where i was.

She waved her hand to come to her and i didnt even know i was moving closer towards the shower. My body was walking even when i didnt want it too.

She grabbed my hand and stepped out from under the water. Planting a kiss on lips, then my neck. I was rock hard in my pants. My wolf was going insane.

I had to calm myself this wasnt the time, she still hasnt shifted i will wait till the next full moon which is in 3 days. This is gonna be a long 3 days. I took her hand and moved it away slowly breaking eye contact. It was like she was controlling me some how.

“Ana” i said in a harsh breath

She moved away shyly and started to apologize

“Im so sorry, i thought thats what you wanted” she was covering her body and almost crying. I turned off the shower, grabbed a towel and wrapped around her body. I sat down on the toilet walking her towards me pulling her on my lap. I crushed my lips against her, yearning, wanting.

“I want you more than ive ever wanted anyone in my life Anastasia Crest, but its not the right time, but dont think for a second i wont give you what your body wants” with that a crushed her lips lifting her up onto the bench. I turned to lock the door behind me, and if i remember right, these walls are all soundproof. Its kind of a werewolf thing to have soundproof walls.

I looked back at her smirking and she was panting. Her eyes held fear with a bit of lust. I removed my shirt exposing my hard rock abs to her and she blushed. “Your memaw brought the whole of these lands so that my kind could roam freely. She was full human. But always said moon goddess will work her magic into repaying her for her devotion to our kind” i was telling her the truth.

“Yeah, i didnt realise memaw was heavily involved with out kind” she said a shrugged. I wonder why she was never told these things, didnt her mother know?

“Either way, i owe her my life” i said and bowed to her.

I saw a small spot where the sun shone through the dark forrest and walked Ana there. Holding her hands i put her head on my forehead.

“Be Mine forever love” i was looking into her eyes and i felt her heart beating

“Forever is a long time, you may go away from me” she had sadness on her voice.

“I will never, i could never, my heart wont let that be” i whispered to her

“Then i am yours, forever, plus a day” my eyes gleamed in joy and she crushed her lips against mine making me stumble pack a bit. But i never broke the kiss, i held her like that for long moments. This was perfect. She was mine. And she let herself be mine.

“Mine” i whispered

“Yours” she said back to me. Me and my wolds heart were feeling great. She was accepting me. Even though she still doesnt bare my mark she is willing to try. I cannot communicate with her wolf until then.

“Lets head back in it getting dark” i whispered to her and she sighed. I didnt realise how long we were sitting here in the forest.

She nodded taking my hand. Just as we walked out of the small gap of the forest. The moon shone bright through the trees, what the hell? Full moon was in 3 nights time. We were never wrong. But yet here is the full moon.

Anas eyes were flicking steel. And her pupils were dilated. Was she getting ready to shift? Holy f**k was she? She was breathing heavily staring into the moon light. Like a zombie that could smell blood. She was yearning for the moon. I had never seen such a sight. I yelled out to her mom.

“SELENE!!” my voice was almost a roar and she came running out the of the house.

“Whats happening to her?” i asked her and Selene just spoke smooth word.

“This is her first shift….but full moon is the 3 nights time, what is this.” we looked to the moon and it shined a dark blue colour, not its bright shine as usual. This was different

“Oh my…..” selene's eyes widened and she covered her mouth, Ana was still seething at the moon.

“The prophecy” it was almost a whisper that left selenes mouth

“Propehcy???” i was getting over worried not knowing what to do. This full moon was for her only it had no affect on me at all. This was strange.

“Comfort her, you are her mate after all arent you?” she looked at me handing me blankets and i just nodded like a dummy.

“The prophecy stated that Richard, her father, would born an heir, a special one.” she was patting Anas head with a cold cloth, Ana was screaming and hissing at the moon not taking her eyes away from it. I was keeping her at bay, then i heard the first crack, then the second, and whole lot more. But this was much faster than a usual wolf and by the looks of it much more painful.

Some first time shifts take atleast up to an hour, yet she was only 15mins in and bones cracking and all.

She started to take form. And i couldnt believe my eyes. Her pure white fur, the steel coloured eyes, she was beautiful, and much larger than me i scoffed. What was she?

She kept her eyes on the moon and let out a loud howl. I walked to her bowing my head and she nudged my head up with her muzzle and huffed. As if to say not to do that. I chuckled. Selene nodded at her with a huge grin and turned to walk back inside.
