Chapter 11

Ana’s POV

Last night was kind of a big blur. After i had walked back to my room waiting for Lucian with the glass of milk, my wolf reached out to me

Ana, i want to mark my mate

I was frightened and my wolf knew it.

Dont be afraid Ana, i know what im doing.

With that i gave her full control of myself. She was badass.

After last night i woke up curled up in Lucians arms. He had his head resting on mine while my face had been planted against his chest. I didnt want to move but my i had the urge to pee. I tried to wriggle myself out his arms and his grip tightened. I giggled.

“Dont leave please Ana” he said while his eyes were still closed making me smile against his chest. Big puppy dog in my hands for sure.

“I need to pee Lucian” i said giggling and im sure i heard him whinge when he let me go.

I got up and he quickly pulled me back down kissing me deeply.

“Every moment you arent here with me i cant help but miss you” he said sweetly nuzzling into my neck kissing my mark that sent sparks down my nerve system.

I kissed him deeply because i really had no words to that response. With that i got up and went into the bathroom and closed the door behind me. I looked at myself in the mirror. I looked…. Different. Had i gone taller?? My back was up straight, my waist seemed slimmer?? That cant be. But it was me for sure. I even covered my eyes for 10 seconds to make sure i wasnt dreaming but s**t. Yes that was me. I was hotter??? Or maybe it was just cause i had Lucian and he made me feel great about myself.

I went ahead with my morning rituals, showered wearing light blue jeans and a white top that showed my great curves. I did look different, i walked out of the bathroom feeling fresher. Our room had been neatly kept, andd lucian was just finishing making our bed. I smiled at him a loving smile and walked towards me grabbing my waist and kissing his mark. He looked devine in his tight black shirt that hugged his muscles in all the right places and dark blue jeans. He was beautiful.

“Good morning my love” he whispered

“Good morning Lucian” i said and giggled at him. I knew we had alot to do today because he wanted me in his pack as soon as possible.

“Ive spoken to my dad to meet with him today, you up for it?” he winked at me making me blush. He alwasy has the affect on me.

“Yeah for sure, after breakfast we can head straght over there” i said to him because i was actyally feeling pretty hungry. We both heard a knock at the door. It was my mom.

“Breakfast is ready when yous are” she said and we heard her footsteps falter.

“Lets head down” i said to him and grabbed his hand leading the way. We got to the kitchen and my mom had prepped a great breakfast. Scrambled eggs, bacon, sausages, tomatoes, salad and toast with some fresh orange juice.

“Mom, you are the best” i said to her while she handed me a plate of food. Lucian was already eating and stopped mid way to give her a thumbs up. Poor guy must have been hungry too.

“Well my dear you look different, must be those lycan genes unfolding” my mom smiled and patted my shoulder. I fully forgot about that. So thats why i look a little different.

“So? When do you plan on going back to school Ana? You still have to finish this year out” my mom asked a valid question. I always did well at school.

“Next week mom for sure” i said to her while eating a mouthful of food. My mom nodded and then i saw her eyes widened making me wonder what the hell was the matter with her.

She looked from me to lucian and back again. s**t our marks

“Did yous??” she looked confused

“Mom dont freak out” i quickly said to her and she got up and hugged me…pretty tight might i add.

“Im so happy for you Ana” she said and hugged me again, then she went and hugged Lucian as well. She was just happy for us i suppose.

“But you still need to finish this year out. Next week…school” she said and pointed her finger at me

“Dont worry selene she will finish this year out” Lucian said and winked at me

we all giggled and finished off our breakfast. I was stuffed and so were they.

“Leave the dishes Ana, ill do them, yous get on your way” my mom said us and we both remebered what we were meant to do today.

We gathered our jackets and headed out to the car.

“Im not sure what my father will have planned but everything will be fine Ana i promise” he reassured me knowing well i was nervous. We could feel each other much more now that we had marked one another. We could even mind link, something we have yet to try.

“Ill be okay” i said and winked at him. We both got in the car and headed off to his packhouse. When we were here yesterday it didnt really end well with angela. But something in me was making me feel like i am and will be okay.

We pulled into the red moon pack, soon to be my pack as well. I couldnt help but smile. This will be my new family. Lucian came to my side of the car and opened the door for me. He grabbed my hand and pulled me into his chest making me laugh.

“I could listen to that all day” he said and kissed my cheek.

“Lets head in with the good news” he said wiggling his eyebrows at me and i follwed his lead. We walked into the packhouse and everyone was greeting us with smiles n all. It was nice, not like my last pack where they all hissed and spat at me and my mother.

We walked into what looks like his dads office when i heard a voice call out

“I wont be a minute” it was his dad..after a few moments his dad came in

“Sorry for keeping yous waiting, son, Ana, lovley to see you again” he nodded to me and i nodded back in respect. I was trying to respond to him, like submit to him, well purely because he would be my new alpha, but my body and mind wasnt letting me.

I all of a sudden felt Lucians hand on my waist and instantly calmed. I looked at him with a thankful look.

“What can i do for yous today son?” his dad asked while smiling eagerly at us.

“Anastasia and i have marked one another dad” Lucian said with a huge smile on his face, but i felt a bit emabarressed. But i kept my head high and hid it well. I was proud to have marked him. He was mine. Forever.

His dads eyes widened and he grabbed his son into a hug.

“Congradulations son im happy for you, Ana…welcome” he held out his hands and as i approached to hug him he quickly pulled his arms away when he touched my hand. He looked at me in fear, and instantly submitted

“My Queen” he said with his head bowed down. What the hell was he talking about

“Alpha Lorenzo theres no need —- “ he quickly pulled Lucian down to submit as well and i dont know what gotten into me but i let out a roar and took Lucians hand standing him next to me. Lorenzo looked even more afraid. I face plamed myself internally

I said firmly

“My Lucian, My mate, does not bow to me” my tone was firm

“Please stand alpha lorenzo, there is no need for any of this” i said softly and he stood up not taking his eyes away from me. I looked at Lucian who looked more confused than i was.

“You….you are our queen, i feel it” he said pointing his finger at me

He took his seat behind his desk and rubbed his chin

“I was always told as a child, that our queen will eventually prevail, she will rise and be the most powerful, but she will only come from full alpha blood….Ana, do you know who you are?” he asked confused.

“All i know is my father was suppose to born the last female Lycan, and she would fulfil some prophecy, i was human….well i thought i was” i said to him making his eyes widened

“So your father? Resented you?” he asked

“Yes, me and my mother, who is also human” i was trying to tell him everything i knew.

He rubbed his chin again. And was deep in thought

“Does this mean i cannot join your pack sir?” i asked in disappointment and he laughed

“Ana, dear….you own every pack that walks this earth” he said in a matter of fact tone and then he took my hand.

“I would love nothing more than to have you amongst our pack and also the privilege of calling you my daughter in law” he said in a soft tone and patted my shoulder.

“You are our true queen Ana” he bowed his head and then excused himself. I looked at Lucian and he was smiling right at me

“Queen Anastasia” he said in his worse british accent making us both laugh

“If im queen, does that make you king???” i asked and he tilted his head

“It kind of does” he shrugged his shoulders and we laughed again.

“Dad just mind linked me, we have meeting in 15mins with the high ranked pack members” he said kissing my knuckles

“Can we try and mind link?” i asked, i wanted to try. I was curious.

Lucian - Hello my love

I heard in my head and my snpped towards him and he was smirking

Lucian - I want to take you to my room right now

I smacked his arm making him laugh and making me blush

Ana - This is…interesting

I mind linked him back and he laughed

“You have to be careful though, if you arent use to it, you could accidently mind link the whole pack” he said giggling. Thank goodness that all i said to him through mind link

“We better get going to the meeting. Dad wants us in the conference room” Lucian said and i nodded. I was still tyring to wrap my head around the whole queen thing. Is this why dad wants me back home? Does he know im queen?

We walked into the meeting room and everyone was already in there. All the highly ranked members and their mates. Even Lucas and his chosen mate Jasmine. Even Angela. My eyes instantly glared daggers at her.

“Ana, come to the front please” Alpha Lorenzo waved his arm at me and i pulled Lucian along with me, cause well, these are his people after all. Lucian and i stood at either side of his fathers chair. I looked around the room and alot of them had the urge to submit.

Alpha Lorenzo started off with his speech. I glanced over at Lucas, my former mate, who looked run down, and i kind of felt sorry for him. He lifted his eyes and our gaze met. He smiled faintly at me and bowed in respect returning my eyes back to alpha Lorenzo.

“Thank you all for being at such short notice. Yous know i would have not have sent for yous unless it was urgent. And the matter at hand, is exactly that” he pursed his lips into a thin line. Then it turned into a smile as he looked at me

“Anastasia here will be joining our pack” i gazed over at Angela and her eyes almost popped out of her head

“But alpha, you know we have trials, like the rest of us had to go through, what makes her special” she hissed out that last part making me smirk inwardly. I tilted my head and c****d and eyebrow at her, then turned back to Alpha Lorenzo to speak

“Alpha Lo –” he cut me off

“Please, just call me Lorenzo” he smiled and nodded making the pack members gasp. Lucas was fixated on me with a hint of what looks like…possession in his eyes, he didnt even realise jasmine pulling on his arm trying to bring him back to earth. You loss dude i thought to myself.

“Lorenzo, i do not want to intrude, the last thing i want is to upset any of your pack members” i was being honest, the last place i wanted to be was in another pack that treated me like s**t. I heard Angela let out a sigh of relief. And i rolled my eyes at that.

“With your status i cannot let you be turned away” he said in a soft tone, but also an intimidating tone for his pack members. Meaning if they refuse they will wear his wrath.

“What even is her status? No one wanted her at her old pack so why should we?” Angela spat. Her big mouth was the only one speaking. Lucian slammed his fist on the table

“Shut it Angela, you have no idea who your talking to” Lucian sneered at her. She crossed her hands acoss her chest and walked slowly towards Lucian and i. I tilted my head again

Let me eat her I hear Isis in the back of my thoughts and i roll my eyes at her. While i also hear lucian chuckle next me and i snapped my head at him. Did he hear that?

“Well you tell me what im talking about Lucian? Ive been here for you for a long time and you push me aside for some slut” my eyes snapped to hers and Isis had enough, without me knowing she pushed me to the back of my thoughts.

My eyes glued to Angela, i stood slowly not taking my eyes away from her. She shifted backwards and i could sense her fear.

“I, am Anastasia Crest, last female lycan, and rightful heir to the throne of Silver Peek Pack, THAT is who i am” she was shaking in fear, isis was a bad ass and i needed her to teach me her ways.

I walked right in front of Angela, making her loose control of her breathing.

“I suggest you treat me respectfully, considering you know who i am now” i smirked and walked back to my seat next to lucian. He took my hand and kissed the back of my palm

“Well that was hot” he whispered in my ear

“That was Isis” i smiled lightly and his eyes widened

“She is a bad ass” he winked and turned his attention back to the meeting

Lucas was quiet, but i could see him having an internal fight with his wolf.

But he eventually spoke.

“What is the Silver Peek Pack? Ive never heard of them” he let out a slight chuckle. I couldnt even answer that because i didnt even know, Isis had said all of that, so all that was new knowledge for me. I was stumped i didnt know what to say. You could say i choked. But im glad ALpha Lorenzo spoke up before i had too.

“The Silver Peek Pack….the pack none of us will ever set eyes on. They were the very first pack the moon goddess had put here on earth. Filled with only the elite of warriors, lycan and normal wolves, very secluded but very wealthy in money and numbers. Before us my fellow members…is our Queen” he spoke very proudly of me and I couldn't help but blush a little bit. Lucian squeezed my hand for comfort.

Everyone in the room couldnt help but to submit, they're wolves had no power over mine. And it made me feel abit sad for them.

“No no please, theres no need for that, we are all family now” i was rushing for Lorenzo to stand. It was killing me seeing such a hard working alpha pretty much over throw his authority just because i was some queen. Isis couldnt help but prance around like she knew she was the queen.

“Until have been stated as the queen, i am just an ordinary pack member Lorenzo, even if my wolf resists it” i let out a slight giggle and he laughs as well.

“To have such a person as a daughter in law humbles me so much, Thank you Ana” he bows his head to me turns back to his pack.

“We will hold the traditional ceremony this week end, in 3 days time” he bowed to his pack and left the room, so i assume that the meeting was over. Everyone gets up to leave.

“I wont be long Ana, i have a few finance reports to do, you can either take a look around or i can get a hold of chelsea to keep you company?” Lucian said to me

Holy wreck, i almost forgot about Chelsea how could i do that.

“Yes yes bring chelsea for me please, its been a few days since ive seen her” i was like a kid asking for candy, i really did miss her.

“Okay” lucian smiled at me

“Shes on her way as we speak, make yourself at home my love” Lucian kissed my temple and walked towards a door. Strange, that wasnt the door we came through? I shrugged off the thought and went to wait for chelsea in the lounge room.

I was flicking through a magazine when i heard a voice

“Well, well, well, who do we have here” she hissed at me. It was Angela. I rolled my eyes and diverted them straight to her with my eye brow c****d.

“You think just because we were in front of everyone you can speak to me how ever you want huh? Not so tough alone huh?” her friend she was with gave a light chuckle. I ignored her and kept flicking through the magazine. After not saying anything i guess she got annoyed. So annoyed that she whacked the magazine out of my hands.

I looked straight ahead still not making eye contact with her. But as soon as i stood straight my eyes snapped to hers.

“Im unsure what i have done to provoke you Ms Angela, but i am warning you now, my wolf isn't taking any of your insults lightly, and the last thing i want to do is let her out” i said firmly not breaking eye contact. I saw a hint of fear in her eyes that disappeared in seconds.

“YOU TOOK MY MATE” she blurtted out without a thought and also screaming might i add...ahhh okay i see where this is going. I fiddled at my ear cause i swear i felt an eardrum pop from her scream

I let out a sigh

“He is not your mate, well not destined by the moon goddes anyway. Im sorry Angela but there is nothing i can do about that. He is Mine” i said that last part wil alot of hostility in my voice, making her eyes fill with rage.

I saw her claws coming out, and just as chelsea jumped into my arms she retracted them.

“ANA!!!” chelsea squeeked and gave me ahuge bear hug, i looked back at Anglea who was walking away with her minion.

“Ive missed you too Chels” i grabbed on to her shoulders after breaking our hug.

“Im so sorry ive been MIA an dnot keeping in contact - - -” she cut me off holding her hand up.

“Dont even mention it Ana, your mom keeps me up to date” SHe smiled swaying her hands in mine. I mentally thank my mom.

“So when you coming back to school?” chelsea asked with a huge grin on her face.

Shit i forgot…again
