Ahh ahh plea....se, ah please stop, please, as Aliya begs for mercy. “shut it you witch. What, you think you can just do anything you want? You think i will just let you go free after destroying my mum's life? Queen my foot". He kicks multiple times in her abdomen. “get lost you slut". Andy works away and Aliya slowly picks herself up from the ground, limping back to her formal dorm to pack the rest of her things. They will be moving into the castle the next day. getting to the dorm ,she opens the door and finds bella on her bed playing with her phone and immediately composed herself so bella doesn't notice her pain. Bella immediately ran to her hugging her tightly.

“ i miss you soo much ali" aliya forced a smile

“ i miss you too”. She answers clutching the side of her stomach.

“ i see you are here to take the things you left behing?" Aliya nods still fighting the urge to break down because of the pain she feels.

“ Well i packed them for you. Knew you will be coming soon but before that, gist me about what happened last night at the dinner. Heard the king danced with Maya?” she sounded disappointed. The rumour has been flying around the school since the previous day it happened.

“ well you heard it. What’s there to tell?”. Aliya whimpers trying to sit comfortably on her bed still enduring the pain on her stomach, andy had sent her a message to meet up with him two days ago but she couldn't, she wasn't allowed to but that morning she went to see him and he rained insults on her,she got feed up and slapped him which got her the beating she's nursing now.

“ oh c'mon Ali tell me everything “. Bella whines

“ i promise i will tell you later. I just wanna lie down a little and have some rest but before that, bella do you still have some of the pain relief meds?”

“ ah ...yes! What’s wrong ali? Did that ass hit you again?”.

“ ooh no, just having a little stomach ache". She didn't want to tell bella about what happened as the last time bella caught Andy beating her, she almost reported him to the school authorities as violence is forbidden among students. Bella still wondered why andy will hit his sister like that and tried connecting the dots when Aliya sometimes come back to the dorm in serious pain but Aliya still not opening up to her. She waves everything off.. bella gave her the pill and Aliya dozed off to sleep after taking them.

Four hours later aliya wakes up feeling better. Glancing towards bella’s bed,she finds her sleeping peacefully, she's sure gonna miss her as she’s leaving the school for the castle. She did wished bella was one of the chosen but too bad destiny had different plans for them.bella has been like a sister to her and she hasn't stop encouraging her about the contests. She sat there admiring her as she sleeps. finally she left the bed putting together her things that bella helped her arrange. The noise in the room causes bella to wiggle abit in bed as she opens her eyes checking where the noise is coming from. “ hey you are awake". She mumbles sitting up. “ yes bel, its getting late so i need to go back to the dorm and finish the packing.” She smiles “okay ali let me help you “. She stood up helping her without waiting for aliya's response. Knowing her bestfriend well, she knew she would tell her not to worry. The both picked up the two small bags. A bag pack and a duffle bag. Bella walked aliya to her new dorm and helped her finished packing. Both slumped down in bed exhausted. Turning to there sides facing each other.

“ i will miss you ali". She smiles suppressing the tears that want to betray her. She has tried soo much encouraging aliya and seeing her cry,aliya might loose courage.

“ i will miss you too bel", aliya pulls her into a tight hug as they remain that way for a little while.

“ will you be okay". Aliya ask bella with concern as they pull apart.

“ oh yes, don’t worry about me. Am just concerned about you being in the mist of those animals. Promise me Aliya that you will be fine and try your best”.

“ i promise bel".

“ alright queen". She laughs

“ what queen bel, am no queen".

“ oh dear you will be soon trust me".

“ mm you sound soo sure, not when am just human. You think they will accept a human queen?”

“ well the will have to, though am worried about the king dancing with maya. Do you think he likes her ?“

“ umm maybe, they looked like a perfect couple during the dance.” Remembering how wet she was yesterday when she watched them dance with complete abandonment. Oh they where soo perfect she thought to herself.

“ oh aliya, shouldn't you be worried about that?”

“ Why? They were perfect and am happy for maya although abit worried about her". Bella gaps in surprised. How stupid can her bestfriend be. Doesn't she remember this is a competition? She asks herself.

“ wow aliya why am i not surprised though i thought you hated maya and you should be worried because if she gets the kings attention,thats bad for you or anyone else contesting”

“ oh bel, told you am not in this because of of the king. I will be fine,dont worry too much” she sighs as she remembers her plan. Once the contestants reach the third challenge, the remaining contestants authomatically becomes the kings property weather the win or not. They take up position of concubines and live in the kings harem.as speculated, the king has no time for women in his harem so she intends to hide there as no one will have the guts to look for her there, touch or claim anything that belongs to the king.instead of being enslaved to a vampire master and treated like a cursed child by her family. What a life she has. She mumbles. Bella’s voice snaps her out of her thought.

“ well just be safe and dont forget me". Tears finally escaping bella's eyes.

“ i promise i won't” aliya replies wiping her tears. Bella went back to her dorm after the packing while aliya went to sleep. I must fight to make it to the third challenge aliya mumbles before closing her eyes.

          With the chirping of the birds and dawn of a new day. Maya blinks as she slowly opens her eyes,rubbing them, she sits up climbing down from her bed to prepare for the day. They are moving into the castle today so she quickly takes a shower, wears her clothes, its was a blue worn out jeans, a white shirt and a black worn out flat shoes she’s worn for two years. Being a slave didn't earn her good cloths or a good life but she has done well in keeping her things neat and nice.she puts her things together and went out for breakfast. Getting to the cafeteria, she met others chatting and joined in. After the breakfast, one of the professor lead them out as each one of them hurried to pick up there luggage. Outside the school were parents who came to say good bye to there kids but maya and aliya weren't looking forward to seeing anyone but that changed for maya as she steps out in front of the school seeing her mate and his grandmother standing close to there black Mercedes jeep. There eyes shifted to her once she walked out and her mate rushed to me. Maya almost ran back inside the building out of fear and panic but leroy caught her into a tight hug before she could move.

“ Am so sorry maya". He whispers as tears rolled out from his eyes. “please forgive me. I was such a fool, i allowed jealousy and anger ruin the good memory i could have shared with you. Please forgive me”.he held her tighter crying like a child but maya was all stiff, not believing what was happening to her and her eyes held no emotion except tears in them, finally snaps out of her trance pulling herself away from her mate while leroy respected her wish.he was there to ask for her forgiveness and will do anything to earn it. It's just too bad that they can't be together since she's still among the chosen which surprised leroy.

“ what do you want?”. She asks, now looking deep into his eyes. Her wolf was all over her head urging her to forgive her mate.

“ i .. i .. came to talk to you” leroy stutters.

“ well talk" as she pulls him to a more private space. Fighting back her urge to punch him in the face.

“ Am so sorry maya for everything. I know nothing i do can make it up to you but i will spend the rest of my life proving myself to you"

“ And how do you intend to do that?” tears rolling out of her eyes. “ how do you intend to f*****g prove yourself to me after destroying my life. You took my virginity even after knowing what will happen and now you tell me you are sorry"? Almost shouting .leroy was about to speak when she cuts him off. “ you know what, no need to prove anything to me because am not sure to be alive when i get to the castle. She wails. “ the king knows am not a virgin. She whispers.

“ w...h..at? What are you saying maya? If knows then why didn't he take action?”

“ I dont know”she mumbles sliding down in defeat cryin her heart out. Leroy tried comforting her as he could. His feels more regretful and guilty for his actions but his determined to make things right even if it means confessing to the king although that won't earn him his mate back. Maya took up courage and pushed him away, standing up looking determined to bear whatever it is that is coming for her. She asked leroy to leave but leroy refused and kept begging untill his grandmother intervened telling maya to please listen to him. “ i have something to tell you" he says but it was too late now as the girls were called to get into the limo that just pulled over in front of the school. Maya not knowing what to do just walked away leaving him but before she moved a few distance, leroy pulled her back into his arms for another tight hug. “i know i have been an ass that doesn't deserve you but from now i will do my best to protect and support you through out the challenge. Please take care of yourself maya". He tells her kissing her temple. Tears rolled down maya's eyes as they both pulled away and maya stepped into the limo not saying anything to him but pleased he asked for her forgiveness. Whatever destiny has for them will have to wait untill after the contest, thats if she will still be alive.

Getting to the castle, everyone steps out from from the car standing infront of one of the buildings. This building was also beautiful like the rest of them and very big. A woman tall and beautiful with two men walking behind her came out from the building welcoming them. “hello girls' am Mrs mary and will be incharge of you all from now". She gave them a smile and the girls smiled back. “ hello Mrs mary.” They girls replies back. “please come with me for a little tour before i show you to your rooms”. The girls walked behind her as she gave them a tour to the building. First they where taken to the huge living room with gorgeous vintage furnitures the room screamed gold and royal blue, next was the dinning area, it had a long well defined sparkly wooden table with well carved black and gold leather chairs arranged in line. “you will be having all your dishes here and sometimes with the king". She smiles at them. After that was the library. It was magnificent.books well arranged according to themes and titles and lastly the lundary room. After the tour she lead them to there rooms.the rooms where decorated gorgeously girly with twin beds as they will all stay in there pairs. “ we will see again at 6pm as there will be a welcome party for you girls”. The girls beams as mary leaves them.
