EOWYN'S POV.
I was so tired from the stress of the hunt, but I had to make winter coats for my kids all over again. Meredith had torn the ones I had made earlier. I knew she had tried to kill me, but I had to pretend like I knew nothing.
"Consort Eowyn, the Queen summons you immediately," came the voice of Meredith's maid disrupting my peace. She just had to identify me with the consort title.
Meredith and I had just gotten back from the hunt. What could be her reason for summoning me? I wondered." I will be there," I said, waiting for the maid to leave. She stood still watching me. "Are you deaf? I just said I'll be there." I sparked.
"You are supposed to follow me immediately, my queen summons you," she said, pissing me off.
