"Hello?" I picked up the phone after John's name appeared on the screen.
"Hey. I was just calling to tell you that we would have the meeting before the event at Lucas office. Just to go through what's expected from you and Chris as a ground team"
"Alright that sounds good. What time should I be there?"
"In an hour from now would be good. Do you have a ride here?"

"Alright good. Now remember that it's a charity event so there's a dress code for security. Black cocktail dress for females"
