Blue was very excited to be out of college now she can focus her full attention on the family business. She can finally join her brothers and father in the company, ahhh finally she thought to herself, no more assignment and reading for exams. As she stood outside the airport waiting for the family driver to pick her up, she was a little disappointed when non of her family would be picking her from the airport, they all claimed to be very busy, even her mom who was a stay at home. What could be so important than her she wonder, she sighted their family car heading her direction and she waved, you never can tell if Uncle Tom their family driver still remembers what she looks like again. Gone was the nerdy Tom girl looks now she is now a beautiful woman with a brown skin and shiny black wavy hair which she inherited from her mom. “Hi miss blue welcome home” Uncle Tom greeted her, oh stop it Uncle Tom am still Blue to you drop the formalities she said while helping him to carry her bag inside the booth. She got inside the passenger seat, rolling down the window. Oh how I miss New York she sighs, am sure New York misses you too Blue Uncle Tom replied. She turned her face looking outside at the busy city, she sigh Uncle Tom why couldn’t any of my family came to pick me? Uncle Tom tried to hide his smile as he answered her with a straight face hmmm Blue they are all busy with work and your mother went to visit her friend outside the city. If only she was aware of the surprised that awaits her at home. Oh Blue said with a sad face I guess nobody misses me I guess they are already use to me not been around after all I was gone for five years. Uncle Tom tried suppressing a chuckle if only she knew how busy everyone has been throughout the week in preparation for her surprise. Blue relaxed back in her chair immediately falling asleep. Blue was woke up after she felt a hand shaking her gently Blue wake up we are here, welcome home Uncle Tom said with a smile on his face. Blue rub her hands on her face tryin to get rid of the sleep. Finally she is home, oh how she miss the Saint’s mansion this place holds lot of beautiful and happy memories for her. You can go inside the maid would take your bags to your room. Uncle Tom told her, oh thank you uncle Tee Blue said remembering her nickname for him when she was little. She rush into the house hoping to see her family. Welcome home madam the house maid said, hi am Blue you must call me Blue thank you, where is my family? They are all out ma replied the maid. Okay am just going to go to my room, let them know if any of them should come arrive before I come down stairs for dinner, am going freshen up and take a nap okay? Blue instructed. Okay ma your bags are already in your room. After two hours of napping, Blue woke up with a smile on her face her blue eyes shine the brightest it been so long she slept comfortable without any care, she quickly got ready to go downstairs as it was almost time for dinner she couldn’t wait to see her family. Blue bumped into the maid on her way downstairs oh sorry miss I was just about to come get you, your father requested for you they are all outside in the garden the maid explained. Blue hurried her steps towards her way to the garden, as she opened the doors leading to the garden she got the shock of her life as everyone shouted surprise. She was beyond speechless as she never expected this. Now here is the family baby her father came walking towards her embracing her in a deep hug, I miss you lulu he said calling her her pet name. I miss you my king she said while laughing now where is my queen referring to her mother. Oh my princess is now a grown woman her mother said coming towards them. Blue gave her mother a big hug and she whispered to her you will always be my queen, got any hug remaining for your favorite twin brothers she heard her brothers asked. Of course bring it in she said while hugging both her brothers I miss you guys, we miss you too princess they replied. Now enough of the hugging we would do that later the guest are starting to arrive it best we greet them, what guests dad blue asked her father. You don’t think we were so busy one of us couldn’t spare time to pick you up from the airport right not even your mother. Blue looks down hiding the sadness from her family when she replied saying she really thought they were all so busy. Silly her mom said bring her hands to raise her head of course we can never be too busy for our princess, I was busy with the arrangement while the boys and your father was getting things done at work ahead of the schedule so they can spend the weekend with us.
