Jocelyn The weather was mild, not too hot and not too cold, for being so close to the equator. Wes and the three other warriors stood back while Dad and I looked around the small town we were dropped off in and tried to find someone who could speak English. The sights on our way here from the airport were beautiful. My heart clenched at the thought of how much Salem and Calvin would have loved this. When we got a ride to the small rural town near Cusco, I expected to be able to find someone to give us a ride as close to the pack as possible. I didn't expect people to go out of their way to ignore us. It was kind of frustrating, but if I took a step back and looked at the large, muscular men I was with, I would probably be intimidated as well. I walk up to a small fruit stand and smile
