New friendships

Today was the day that I was going to go spend some time with Ashlie and Leanne at the mall. I was excited. I had focused so much time on Speedy that I hadn't been getting to know the girls all that well and it was time to put friendships before boys and I was happy to do so.

I ate some breakfast with my mom and then spent some time with her just talking over coffee and just random things. Waiting on Leanne to tell me they were ready to go. I needed to get ready so inside I went to shower and get ready for some quality time with the girls. We planned to eat at the mall in the food court and I was so happy to get out and about around more people, which is weird because crowds wasn't really my thing but at this point I needed this.

Just as I was finishing up my hair, I got a text from Leanne.

-hey girl hey, you ready to roll?

yup sure am. where am I meeting yall?

-let's just meet outside of jcpenny.

"Hey mom I am headed to meet the girls at the mall soon. I don't know what we are doing after, we may go over to Ashlies house and hang out. No boys allowed day."

"Sounds good. text me or call me if you need anything. love you and see you in a bit. "

"love you too. see you later!"

I headed out the door, got into the car and headed to the mall.

When I got there the girls were waiting for me. I had nothing but time and money to spend here. We went to the food court and we got some pizza. It was delicious! We all wanted to go to Victoria secrets even though they were the only ones actually dating someone, I still had my fun. We each got some panties and bras and some lotions and called it good. We decided to go separate ways for the time being. I wanted to go look at some cds and they each wanted to go different ways so we decided to meet back in about 30 minutes by Victoria secrets.

As I was walking I heard someone call my name it was a male voice but not one that I new well but did sound familiar. I turned around to see who was calling for me.

"Hey Kallie right ? "

"Oh hey! you're one of the guys from the party the other night right ? Chasen? "

"yeah hey you remembered my name!"

"haha I'm a bit shocked myself I was not all there that night to say the least. Well I am going to go get some CDs right now then I have to meet back with Ashlie and Leanne in like 30 minutes. But it was good to see you! I'm sure I'll see you around."

"for sure. later Kallie!"

I went on about buying CDs but man Chasen was pretty cute if I'm being honest and he's not all super flirty. Just seems like a really nice guy.

I finished buying some CDs, I got Eminem and some others and checked the time. Time to head back to meet the girls. I stopped in a few clothing stores on the way and decided to grab a few pairs of shorts and pants and some shirts while I was here. I am glad I stopped because the girls had a billion bags. They obviously spent time in multiple stores while they were away from us.

"Y'all ready to go?"

"yup" they said in unison.

Ashlie rode with Leanne and we had parked close to eachother so we walked to our cars. "where are we headed? " I asked.

"We can either go back to the apartment or one of yalls houses." Leanne said.

I thought for a moment "Let's go back to the apartment for a bit and see what the guys are up to and then we can decide from there. "

"Sounds like a plan !"

I followed them back to the apartment. When we got there Dre, Ashlies boyfriend, Kade Leannes fiance and Speedy my ... friend? I don't know what to call him. I couldn't deny I started to like him as more than a friend. He told me that he didn't want a relationship right now because some jealous ex she wolf wouldn't allow another girl around his daughter. I don't know. Sounded insane to me but whatever.

When we walked in they were all sitting around smoking so us girls sat and joined in. Speedy was sitting next to me and when he took a hit he turned to me and made out with me and blew the smoke into my mouth. I swear this man knew how to melt my insides. I inhaled and then blew the smoke out. Once we were all where we wanted to be, Ashlie and Dre decided to go home, he lived with her at her parents house, Kade and Leanne went to their bedroom and shut it.

Speedy and I sat and looked at eachother and smiled. We both got up and walked hand in hand to the bedroom and shut the door. We had some nice rough passionate s*x and then fell asleep for a couple hours afterwards.

When we woke up I got dressed and went out to see Leanne and Kade sitting there waiting on us.

"Hey Kallie did have plans later? " Leanne asked.

"No not really. probably need to go spend some time with my mom. You can come over if you want to and we can go hang out at the pool together. Maybe ashlie wants to come too?"

"that sounds fun, I'll text her and ask her and then I'll text you in a bit when we are headed over."

"okay cool."

Speedy hadn't walked out of the room yet so I went to see what he was doing. He had become a little distant recently but not too much to where it was a concern that things were just going to randomly end between us, whatever this was between us. He was laying in bed texting someone on the phone.

"Hey I'm leaving. I will talk to you later?"

"yeah. sounds good but come here first. " he said.

I walked over to the side of the bed and he grabbed my arm and pulled me onto his lap. I straddled him and kissed him a little longer than I intended to. I pulled away.

"we can't. haha I have to go." I giggled and smiled as I kissed him one more time.

"Fine then." he pouted.

I just laughed and rolled my eyes and headed out the door to the car. I got home and I saw that I had a message from Leanne.

-Hey, we are headed over does that work?

yep come on over just text me when you get to my house and we can walk over to the pool.

-okay will do!

I changed into my swimsuit and put on some shorts to wait on them to get there. It didn't take but 10 minutes for them to arrive I grabbed my towel and my flip flops and headed out to meet them and head over to the pool. When we got there we were the only ones that were there. We hung out and drank some wine coolers and just laid out and swam and had a good time. We stayed until the pool closed and then headed home to my mom's to eat dinner.

Ashlie had to run to the restroom which left me and Leanne to sit and talk alone.

"so are you into girls at all?" she asked me.

"I mean yeah. I dated a couple girls back in Texas. we didn't do anything but kiss though sadly. I wanted to do more but it just never was a good time. Then Keith got involved and kind of ruined things for me and her. Her name was Brittaney. I loved her so much too is the sad thing. She was dating someone though and Keith kept pushing for a 3some or for Group s*x and I think it got to her boyfriend. I didn't want that. I just wanted her alone if I'm being honest. "

She smiled and nodded.

"What about you? you had to have asked for a reason?"

"Oh haha yeah, well I'm bi so I was just curious. I think you are really pretty."

"Same to you." I said with a smile.

Oh man here we go. Maybe it will be a girl that I date instead of a guy at this point. She's engaged though, so I don't know. maybe it can't happen. I guess we will just have to wait and see.

Ashlie came back to the room and they decided to head out. I got along with Ashlie really well and I could tell we would become good friends. Leanne was hot, she was fun and I enjoyed being around her alot. This was going to be so much fun getting to know everyone better.

I decided since it was getting late I would head to bed. When I laid down after about 10 minutes I got a text message It was from Leanne.

-I know you aren't dating Speedy or anything but I can tell that you like him, and when I got home I saw him with another girl on the couch. They looked pretty friendly.

well that sucks. he's going to have to tell me. though he said he didn't want a relationship or didn't need one or whatever. so I don't see why that would change all of a sudden.

-I don't know but I figured you would want to know. they're in his room now. maybe you should text him.

good idea. I will let you know if he responds.

I started to text him but I didn't know what to say. Surely he knew I would find out. He didn't think this would be some sort of secret did he?

Hey what are you up to?

-hey not much just hanging out with a friend. what about you?

who is your friend do I know them? ans nothing just about to go to sleep. I just wanted to tell you goodnight. :)

-no you don't know them. but okay then. Goodnight.

Well he responded. I texted Leanne and asked if he was still in his room with the girl. She said the girl was leaving now and that was that. Oh well if something is changing I just hope he's a good guy about it and doesn't lie to me. With that I put my phone on the charger and fell asleep almost immediately.

A few days past. I worked and didn't see Speedy much. I didn't want to be weird and ask about him. I decided to text him and see what was going on with him.

Hey are you okay ? I haven't talked to you much and I haven't seen you at work.

-hey whats up? yeah, things are fine. I was just about to text you. We can't be hanging out like we were before. we can still be friends but, I'm kind of dating someone now.

I thought you didn't want or need a girlfriend?

-I know. I said that and it was true, I don't know I just really like her and we are taking things slow I am not dating her officially but we are talking and I don't want to ruin my chances with her.

I see. okay that sucks but I understand. I'll let you go and maybe see you around at work.

I was so frustrated. Why do guys suck so d**n bad ?! I decoded to text Leanne and tell her about what he said to me.

-aren't you glad I kind of warned you about it though? can you imagine if this came completely out of no where ? I am sorry though. I know you liked him.

I did but it is what it is. we weren't dating. or anything so at least there is that. I will survive. going to act like it doesn't bother me !

-good! you can do so much better any way ! ya know, like me for instance 😉

haha. yeah that's true. you are very taken though. I don't think he would appreciate that much.

-honestly I'm not happy with him right now though. we use to be so in love and things are just different. it can be our secret.

It gave me butterflies thinking about spending some alone time with just me and Leanne. I decided to invite her to spend the day with me and then maybe stay the night. She agreed and brought her bong over as well to make sure we had some fun.

When she got there we spent time at the pool and then came home and ate dinner and drank smoked and watched movies together. We decided to take a bath to wash off all the pool water. We kept our swim suits on originally but she decided she wanted to be topless so I went ahead and took mine off too. We just say and talked together getting to know more about eachother and how her and Kade met and they had actually been together since high-school. I thought that was really cute. Though Keith and I had been together like that too but we broke up and he was not fantastic towards me. So there's that.

Wow. I realized that I was actually starting to have a crush on her now. This is the first time since Brittaney that I had considered being with another girl.

"you got on the other bed and left me by myself up here. did you not want to be next to me?"

"ohhh no it's not that. I got hot in the middle of the night. I figured you probably were too so it was just more comfortable down there. I'm sorry." I said sincerely.

"Oh okay then." she smiled.

We came out of the room to a delicious smell of omelets cooking. My mom and step dad were in the kitchen making omelets and getting plates.

"you girls hungry ?" he asked.

"definitely. " we both answered at the same time.

We sat down on the bar stools at the counter and ate our breakfast. we decided to go ahead and go to spend some time at the pool. We flirted the entire time we were at the pool. A group of adults and young kids came and were giving us dirty looks so we decided to go back home to shower.

To use the shower and not the bathtub we had to go into my mom's room. So to do that we were quiet and snuck in there since my mom worked late nights and so did my step dad.

We undressed completely and got in the shower. I looked at her and she looked and me and we smiled. we washed our body's and our hair and then we faced eachother. She leaned in and we kissed. I put my hands on her waist and moved them down to her a** and around the front of her thighs in between her legs. This was actually happening. I was falling for another girl. I wasn't going to fight it, but at the same time Kade was in the picture and he was my friend as well. I wasn't sure if she was going to tell him or not. I know she said she wasn't sure if she wanted to be with him anymore or not. So I guess we would wait and see.

Things were finally going well for me. Then I got a text message from Keith.

-I want you back Kallie.
