"I think it's wonderful that your parents get to meet my mother and grandmother," I said, holding onto Jack's arm as we waited for my grandmother and mother to arrive.
"Yeah, I'm just glad my parents didn't see you for the first time the same way they saw Ava," Jack chuckled, remembering his parents walking in on my sister and his brother.
"I'm glad you feel better about having pups. You scared me, Jack," I said, holding Jack’s arm tighter.
I had been afraid for a moment that Jack didn't want children with me before he explained he was just scared and dumb.
