For hours we sat there, hearing issues that needed to be resolved over and over again. Jayce handled it so well, I had no idea what it took for him to be such a great leader, he heard their complaints over and over again and each time knew just what to do to help them resolve it.
There was Max, a twelve-year-old boy who had lost both his parents and was under his grandfather's care. But the grandfather could no longer work and they were without income. Jayce made sure that their bills would be paid, the grandfather had a personal care assistant and that they would have food and clothing delivered weekly.
