Elara's POV

The bloody full moon that everyone was waiting for finally appeared in the vast night sky. It became the talk of the town last month. It was a celebration that everyone was anticipating for but when it finally happened they don't seem please because things did not go as planned.

My twin sister, Elora who was supposed to be Alpha Gideon's bride was still missing and I replaced her, the woman that was viewed as bad luck by everyone.

I know none of them wanted me to be here but they have no choice. The wedding must happen to save my father's image and to unite Moon Claw and Silver Fang Pack.

"I already knew that she's evil but I never thought she will be this evil. How can she steal Alpha Gideon to her twin sister, Elara?"

"I bet she also planned her Elara's disappearance. Poor Elora she does not deserve any of this,"

"She's desperate just to have Alpha Gideon she will cause harm to her twin sister. That evil and cunning woman I hope Alpha Gideon will make her suffer,"

"Alpha Gideon will never love a desperate woman like her. Everyone knows that Alpha Gideon is madly in love with Elora."

"I heard that she's pregnant so Alpha Gideon was forced to marry that evil woman. Poor Alpha Gideon she fell to that woman's trap,"

Instead of hearing praises as I walked down the aisle I was welcomed by their insults and their judging eyes. None of them dared to hide their disagreement in this marriage. I know none of this was happy that I am marrying Alpha Gideon because for them this marriage was nothing but part of my evil plan.

I ignore all their hurtful words and continued walking on the aisle with a forced smile plastered on my lips while looking at the man who was standing at the end of the altar. The man who despise me the most. And the man who wishes that this wedding never happened.

The moment I reached the end of the aisle I held Alpha Gideon's arm. I can feel his coldness making my spine shiver. I let him guide me in the altar and present ourselves the elder who will officiate our wedding.

"Tonight we are gather under the bloody full moon to seal to seal the bond of Alpha Gideon and Elara. This night is not just about their union but also the union of two packs the SilverFang and MoonClaw,"

The elder instructed us to face each other then he fixated his gaze on Alpha Gideon. "Alpha Gideon you may now mark your bride,"

I can feel cold sweats forming on my forehead and my hands started to shake when Alpha Gideon turned his head on me and when his blazing red gaze was directed on mine I can feel my strength slowly leaving my body. My knees started to shake as he looked at me filled with unuttered hatred and disgust.

I swallowed the lump on my throat when he closed the gap between us and his warm and calloused hand touched removed the few strands of hair that covers my neck.

I closed my eyes when he started leaning in. My heart started beating erratically when I felt his hot breath touching my skin. This was the first time I got this close to him. It was my dream before to have him this close but right now I can feel any happiness instead I feel suffocated because the way he holds my neck was not filled with gentleness but rather rage that he had been containing to explode.

I was waiting for his pan to dig on my skin but instead I heard him whisper. "I will mark you as mine but I will never be yours Elara. Elora will always own my heart remember that,"

He doesn't need to remind me that because I am well aware of that fact. I have receive countless rejection from him so there is no need for him to declare that he will never love me...even once.

When his pan finally dig on my skin tears fell from my eyes not because of physical pain but because I saw how everything I have dreamed off slowly crumble before my eyes. This was my dream before to be married by him but now that it finally happened I felt like I am entering a nightmare that I knew I will never able to wake up.

When he pulled out his pang on my neck I saw my blood on the side of his lips. He wiped it away using his tongue before facing the crowd. Loud clap erupted in the garden. Smiles was plastered on their faces but it was not because I was finally marked by Alpha Gideon but it was because the two packs was finally united.

Everyone came to Alpha Gideon congratulating him while I just stood there unnoticed as if I am completely invisible from everyone's eyes and maybe that is something that I should be thankful for because I can easily leave without anyone noticing.

While everyone was busy I headed towards my room hoping to have some rest but before I could even held the door knob I heard his voice as cold as ice.

"Are you happy now Elara?" he asked making me turned around to face him.

When our gazes met I bitter smile grace my lips. I can feel my heart being pierced by thousand needles while looking at him.

I slowly shook my head. "I am not happy Alpha Gideon,"

He took a step closer and closed the gap between us. He held my chin and made me look at hi blazing red eyes.

"You shouldn't be. You don't deserve to be happy. I will make sure that every day you spent with me you will wish that you never planned all of this. I will make you regret everything that you have done,"

His gaze lowered glancing at my tummy before looking at me again. "You won't get any love from me even your child. I will never accept your child as mine,"
