Episode 9: 

Shery’s ancestral house is in the countryside, surrounded with a beautiful scenery.  Tall trees, with cold fuggy mist and wide garden of flowers in different kinds.

Mr. Castillejo heard a knock as he opens the door... “good evening Mr. Castillejo” “Good evening, come inside.” Shery’s father said.

Rudney?... Lenny said calling, walking towards him. “Why you want to meet up?” she continues, confuse for a sudden invitation. “Lenny.” Rudney said while holding Lenny’s hand and looking straight to her eyes. “I realize that I like you, I don’t know when it started but I can’t miss a day without seeing you.” He confesses. Lenny was shock, she couldn’t believe what she is hearing right now.

***flashback***

Rudney saw Lenny’s eyes with jealousy. Then suddenly he realized that he is not into Shery anymore, in fact he helps Nebur for the proposal set up, which he himself couldn’t believe what he did for them. Looking to Lenny’s reaction he felt dismay. He saw the sadness in her eyes, the longing and hopes.

Lenny think that this very moment, Rudney is in pain watching Neburs proposal to Shery. She knows that Rudney like Shery since middle school. And its painful for her to see the man he loves hurting.

“Lenny, I like you...will you be my girlfriend?” Rudney said wholeheartedly. Lenny fells like she’s in a cloud nine, hearing those words that she long for from the man she loves is magical. A dream that she doesn’t want to be awaken. She heard snap that bring her back to reality. It was Rudney snapping his finger in front of her face. “ha? ... w... what you were saying?” She said, locking her eyes to him. Searching the genuinely of words that he told her.

“I said, I like you. Will you be my girlfriend?” words spoken from heart. “But you said you like Shery, am I a rebound!?...” Shery said hurt with doubt. She just can’t believe that he will say those words after being unintentionally dump by the girl he likes. “NO! what makes you think that way. Okay I admit that I like Shery but that is a sisterly liking. I found it out when I saw her so happy that night. And I’m so happy for her. And to be honest with you, I help Nebur to organize the proposal, so please don’t doubt my feelings for you.” Lennys uncertainty disappear as she realizes the sincerity of Rudney. “Okay, let’s give it a try.” Yes, I accept to be your girlfriend.” She said. “Yes!? ...” he shouted happily.

“Shery! Come out now they’re here.” Shery’s father. “Ma, for God’s sake I told you already I already have a boyfriend and my fiancé now. Once his available he will meet you both with his parent. But right now, we were both busy with our own works, so we don’t have time for me to introduce him. And I disagree with this marital arrangement Ma please” Shery said begging to her mother.
