GORDON’S POV. I felt my head spin briefly, so I closed my eyes as I awaited the time to pass. I knew I was stressed out from the endless meetings and all. I blinked my eyes and drifted them apart to place them back on the laptop lying in front of me. I still had a last mail to attend to, but it wasn’t very important, so I shoved it aside and stood up. I grabbed my car keys from the table and my phone, shoving them both into my pockets before heading out of the office.
