“Do you think they would ever make up? It's been four days since the fight, Vee.” The last thing I wanted was to be reminded of the thoughts that had plagued my mind for days but I couldn't help but admit that Mila had a point.
Four whole days had passed since Gordon walked in on Gareth and I sleeping naked in each other’s arms on Gareth's bed and since then, they had been bickering even worse than kids would. Even though I wanted them to make up like they always did, I was glad they weren't throwing punches anymore.
Technically, they had not thrown punches but that was only because I had rushed out to the scene before things got physical. Gordon had then asked Gareth to stay away from me and even though I had tried to persuade him, his decision was final.
