~KAYLA Voices echoed. Hands touched me. Silence befell me again. I gasped awake but I could not see clearly. My vision staggered in and out of focus. My mouth felt dry, as dry as ash. I was panting as I tried to take in my surroundings. The world was spinning and I was already developing that strong migraine again. I forced myself into a sitting position and squeezed my eyes shut.
