Haven's Omega

Chapter 1

The music that accompanied the dance sounded very beautiful, the audience danced with each other. With music humming along with the dance, Haven was among the crowd and danced with his older sister Leynn. Leynn seemed lazy to dance but because it was her younger brother who asked her to dance, she finally wanted to dance together.

"There are many beautiful women here, many beautiful women who want to dance with you but why do you have to drag your older sister who is very lazy to dance?", said Leynn who danced with Haven lazily.

Haven put on a straight face and said, "There are many handsome and rich men here, many of them want to dance with my beautiful older sister but why are you too lazy to dance and just sit by the side drinking alcohol?".

Leynn who heard him saying the same thing just looked away and didn't say anything, "Tch".

Haven felt triumphant and smiled. Haven brought his face closer to his older sister and said, "But isn't this the right time for you to meet a man who is worthy of being your partner? There are humans and there are werewolves here, they all look quite okay and of course, they have status and also the wealth because they can be at this party".

Leynn glared at Haven and said, "Why don't you just meet a worthy partner for you? As you said there are humans and werewolves here, they all look okay and have status and wealth. You can choose women, men, humans, or werewolves. Werewolf alpha, beta, and omega are all here, you are free to choose. I'm sure no one will reject my handsome brother."

"Look at Raven there, he dances with Princess Nora. He chooses his dance partner well, my little brother must be smart in choosing a partner", Leynn continued pointing at Raven who was dancing with Princess Nora.

Haven turned to the dancing Raven and looked at the girl dancing with Raven. Haven just mumbled, "A Princess?!".

The music stopped indicating that dance time was over, Leynn removed her hand from Haven's shoulder and said, "It was exhausting dancing with you throughout the music when everyone else changed dance partners several times".

Haven removed his hand from his older sister's waist and answered his sister's words with a smile, "Heh, because I don't want my older sister to be touched by another man. Am I not a good little brother?".

Leynn just looked away and said, "I'm going to the break room to sit back and relax, my feet feel uncomfortable wearing high heels for too long to dance".

Haven immediately looked at his older sister's feet and asked somewhat worriedly, "Is everything okay? Should I take you to the break room?".

Leynn rejected Haven's offer saying, "No need, go make some friends. Look at Raven walking here, he must be want to take you to talk with the rest of the guests. You're not used to coming to events like this and meeting royal family and nobles, just go with him."

Haven nodded and only saw his older sister turn away to go to the break room. Raven came over and patted Haven's shoulder, "I saw you since the dance started just dancing with our older sister, didn't Uncle Tor take you here so you can get to know more about the royal family and nobles? Let's talk to the others, I'll introduce you to some people".

Haven smiled and said, "I don't like the way they look at me when I'm about to dance. After all, I don't feel used to coming to events like this".

"If you already have a partner then you can just ignore them and just dance with your partner but using our older sister as a dance partner is too much, hehe", said Raven who was a little annoying.

Haven looked at Raven for a while then turned to see Princess Nora in the distance who was chatting with the rest of the guests. Haven patted Raven's shoulder and asked, "Is that girl your partner?".

Raven was confused and asked back, "Which girl? There are many girls here".

Haven sighed and said, "The girl you danced with earlier".

Raven thought for a moment and replied, "I was dancing with 3 girls, you want me to introduce you to them?".

"No, I just need you to introduce me to a girl in a peach dress", said Haven who saw Princess Nora in the distance who was smiling very beautifully while maintaining royal manners.

Raven looked at Haven staring at Princess Nora, "Aah, Princess Nora?".

Raven whispered to Haven "You are interested in Princess Nora?".

Haven glanced at Raven and smiled a little, "Her name is Nora? Introduce me to her".

Raven agreed and said, "If it's Princess Nora then I'll introduce you to her later because she's busy with her business right now. Now you come with me first to get acquainted with the other guests, I saw there was Prince Reuben. Prince Reuben owns a technical company, maybe you can learn from him."

Haven agrees and follows Haven away to talk to Prince Reuben who is the cousin of the current King.

After talking and getting to know many people, Haven felt very tired but he also remembered that there was one person he thought was most important for him to know. Haven who was standing on the balcony grabbed Raven's arm and said, "Hey, quickly introduce me to Princess Nora".

Raven who was about to drink his drink almost dropped his glass and turned to Haven, "Okay okay, wait a minute. I saw Prince Noah stand beside Princess Nora, so wait for him to stay away from Princess Nora then I will introduce you to her".

Haven looked into the hall and saw Princess Nora who was indeed still talking to someone who was dressed as a member of the royal family. Haven didn't recognize the person's face and asked Raven, "Is that person Prince Noah? I've never seen him before, uhm I've never heard of him either. Who is he?".

Raven approached Haven and said quietly, "Prince Noah is Princess Nora's half-sister and is also the 3rd Prince, but Prince Noah has never been introduced to the public it seems today is Prince Noah's first day attending an event like this".

Haven joined in to speak in a low voice, "How many wives the King have and who is his mother?".

Raven glanced at Prince Noah who was quite far away from him and said, "No one knows who Prince Noah's mother is, they say his mother has died but some say that his mother is a maid in the palace. Many do not like him but the King is very indulgent Prince Noah. Haven glanced at Prince Noah and Princess Nora who were chatting with a smile that appeared on their lips then said to Raven, "But what I see now Princess Nora looks normal and even seems to treat Prince Noah very well. Prince Noah also doesn't look like a prince who exiled by his siblings".

Raven said a little excitedly, "Princess Nora is very different, she is very good even to Prince Noah because of that their relationship is very good. Prince Noah also gets a lot of attention from Princess Nora".

"You but you don't seem like Prince Noah", asked Haven quietly and whispered next to Raven.

Raven turned and whispered too, "Prince Noah is a werewolf hybrid and an omega. I'm sure his mother is a werewolf omega. Prince Noah is always chasing me and I hate his behaviour, especially when he spits out his own pheromones".

Haven nodded and knew very well what Raven meant and also felt. Although Raven is the type to believe in a fated mate and exposes himself to pheromones, Raven has stronger resistance to pheromone omega than Haven. Not only that, but Raven also feels very displeased with omega or alpha who spit out their pheromones easily.

Haven looks inside and sees that Princess Nora is no longer talking to Prince Noah. Haven coded to Raven and Raven nodded. The two of them went back into the hall to chat with Princess Nora.

Raven greets Princess Nora, "Princess Nora, we meet again. Thank you for taking the time to dance with me."

Princess Nora replied to Raven's greeting very politely and according to royal rules, "Sir Raven, I also thank you for being willing to dance with me".

Princess Nora looked next to Raven, saw someone with the exact same face as Raven only different from Raven who was wearing an all-black suit that made Raven look manly and strong, that person looked softer and his charisma felt more friendly than Raven. Princess Nora greeted Haven and Haven returned it with a smile on his face.

"Please let me Introduce myself, Princess Nora. My name is Haven Harold, I am the twin brother of Raven. It's an honour for me to meet you face to face like this, Princess Nora", Haven introduced himself with a very friendly face and a smile that made him look even more like a gentleman.

Princess Nora smiled and said politely, "I am also pleased to meet you, Sir Haven. I have heard about you from Sir Raven".

"Oh, Raven? You're actually here? I've been looking for your whereabouts", suddenly Prince Noah came from beside Haven and immediately hugged Haven's hand which made Haven feel uncomfortable.

Raven who was next to him immediately said goodbye to Princess Nora, "Princess Nora, I'll excuse myself. There's something I need to do".

Princess Nora was about to answer but Raven immediately turned to leave. Prince Noah who focused on the figure he thought was Raven didn't realize that the real Raven had just run away from him.

Haven tried to free his hands from Prince Noah's embrace but Prince Noah hugged him tightly and even released his pheromone which made Haven feel dizzy and nauseous. Haven had no idea that omega's pheromone can cause him to feel so dizzy and nauseous like this. Haven realized that Raven's intention was probably because of Prince Noah's pheromone smell that made him dislike being around Prince Noah. Haven feels that Prince Noah's pheromone is not a natural pheromone and is an artificial pheromone that eventually mixes with Prince Noah's real pheromone to produce such a smell but Prince Noah may not be aware of this.

"Raven, how about we go for a walk in the garden?", asked Prince Noah who was still holding Haven's hand.

Princess Nora saw Haven's discomfort and moved to release Prince Noah's embrace from Haven's hand then said softly but also sounded firm, "Prince Noah, this person is my partner. His name is Haven, not Raven, I beg of you to let go of your hand because we will meet with other guests".

Prince Noah, who had never seen Princess Nora like that, felt a little surprised, plus Princess Nora's words seemed to tell that the man Prince Noah touched was hers. Not only that, but Prince Noah also finally realized that the person he was hugging was not Raven but his twin brother. Not wanting to have any trouble with Princess Nora and feeling a little embarrassed because of the wrong person, Prince Noah immediately removed his hand from Haven's arm and said, "Ah... I'm sorry, Sister. I'm going first to talk to my friend who came over".

Princess Nora smiled kindly and stroked Prince Noah's shoulder gently then said, "No problem, be careful next time. Say my hello to your friend".

Prince Noah smiled and immediately turned to leave. Princess Nora apologized to Haven, "I apologize on behalf of my younger brother, Prince Noah. I hope Sir Haven can understand that Prince Noah is still a child and needs a lot of attention".

"And I also apologize for saying that Sir Haven is my partner", continued Princess Nora who apologized politely.

"It's not a problem, it's not a problem at all. I understand it and being Princess Nora's partner is an honour. I really want to get to know and be closer to you, Princess Nora", said Haven who smiled even though in his heart he still felt annoyed and disgusted by the behaviour of Prince Noah.

"It's an honour for me to know you better, Sir Haven. I have known Sir Raven since many years ago and have heard about you, I hope we can become acquaintances and become close friends", said Princess Nora to Haven with a smile on her face.

"It's an honour for me too," said Haven who held out his hand to Princess Nora for a handshake.

Both Haven and Princess Nora at that time somehow felt that the two could become close friends and felt that they had something in common and felt comfortable with each other even though it was the first time they spoke to each other.
