FORSYTHIA'S POV Before my eyes was an absolute mess. I knew full well that wolfsbane was a lethal plant to werewolves. I had planted it in the courtyard within the castle grounds. It was secured by a barbed wire fence, warning signs, and a dedicated team of twelve guards who took turns watching it. I had installed a camera to monitor the area whenever I pleased. To prevent the worst-case scenario—as Joel had pointed out, a pup accidentally touching it—I had already neutralized the wolfsbane's toxicity. To anyone else, it was a poisonous plant.
