KAELYN REACHED BEHIND her and struggled to secure the line to the back of the saddle as Chloe moved forward to make the jump. Kaelyn bit down hard on the reins and leaned back in the saddle, desperate to secure the line. Chloe reached the edge and leaped into the air as the line slid in place.
