Amara’s POV
"Amara, No. Do not do it." Craig didn't want me to open the car door.
I took a deep breath and spoke up. "Craig, thanks for your help, but I actually need to see him."
"But we don't know what he wants from you," Craig said as he slowly let go of my hand. Then he exhaled and added, "He might be just as dangerous as the person who tried to kill you before."
"He saved me."
Then Craig let out a sigh, got out of the car, and opened the door for me like a gentleman. "If he did anything bad to you, just call me," he urged. Then he quickly glances at all my things inside his car, "Don't worry about what's in my car. I'll bring it to you as soon as you find a place to stay."
I smiled, hugged him, and said, "Thanks, Craig."
