Six month's later

Jay and I were as strong as ever we had spent all our time together Jayden was growing up so fast and he was so grown up for his age. I was standing in front of my mirror making sure I looked ok, today was my birthday. I was wearing a red lacy bodycon dress and I was currently on stage because Jay dragged me up.

Jay and Jaden were both dressed in suits and they both looked adorable. Jay took my hand and stood in front of me and I was slightly confused. They both got down on their knees and I covered my mouth.

"Simran, I love you so much, you have completed my life and I never want to be without you. You're the most amazing girl I have ever met and I want you to be mine for the rest of my life. You have accepted me and all my flaws, you have been my rock and my lifeline and I know I can’t live without you. Will you marry me?" he pulled out a little black box and I gasped, before I could answer Jaden started talking.

"Mommy you're the best mommy in the world and I love you, will you please become my real mommy" he held out a little gummy ring and I laughed.

I bent down and picked up Jaden "Of course I will" he popped the ring in my mouth and I grinned. I looked at Jay who was still on one knee.

"Can you hurry up my knee is starting to hurt" I put Jaden down and leapt into Jay's arms.

"Of course I will" I kissed him and he slipped the ring onto my finger. It was stunning, beautiful platinum band with a big diamond. I kissed Jay and he smiled pushing my hair behind my ear. Jaden was hugging my leg and I bent down and picked him up. Everyone was clapping and cheering.

"I love you" Jay mumbled and both my boys kissed my cheek.

It was time to plan my wedding.

I spent weeks sorting everything out making sure everything was going to be perfect. I loved Jay and Jayden no matter what but this was going to be a big day for me not only was I gaining a huge family. I was becoming a wife and a mother in one day.

I looked into the kitchen and Jay was feeding Jayden, he was making silly faces and he glanced over at me I smiled and walked over.

“Mommy” Jayden smiled and I kissed him on his cheek and Jay carried on feeding him. I smiled watching them knowing I was ready for this step in my life I was ready but I was scared.

Jay came over and kissed my lips softly, “You ok?” I nodded and put my head on his chest.

“I love you so much” he smiled and held me in his arms. No matter what was coming we would face it together and we will love each other for the rest of our lives.
