Later that same morning Declan realized it wasn’t a dream. He and Everly had crossed some sort of line into “more than friends” territory—at least he thought so. Everly hadn’t mentioned anything about what transpired between them in the early morning hours. Everly headed to her room to shower, change, and gather her thoughts.
