Chapter Seven CASS I woke the next day bright and early, my mind made up. I sat bolt upright, smiling broadly to myself like a mad woman. I had a plan. Damon could be as stoic and silent as he wanted. I wasn’t going to let it get to me. I would enjoy myself, just as I’d intended to before all this business of soul mates, and the irresistible desire that came with it, got in the way. He can like it or lump it. I don’t care.
