Cole's point of View
I am not sure how much time has passed since I last saw Emma but I feel like it has been an eternity. I was hoping Emma would come back or my wolf would contact me telling me what has been going on but nothing. I can not help but feel Emma will reject me.
"Hello Cole," the moon goddess said as she appeared right in front of me. I felt my heart sink. Was she here to tell me my past has cost me my second chance? For crying out loud my wolf hasn't said a word to me since we first connected.
"Hello moon goddess" I knew my disappointment was showing but I did not care. I was hoping for a second shot but I just know Emma has walked away from me.
"Why are you so sad?" She asked with a hint of concern in her voice.
