CHAPTER TWO: Welcome party.

"Tiffany! Tiffany Darling!, wake up else you'll be late for school". " okay leila, I'll be down for breakfast after I shower ". Leila, Tiffany's nanny shook her head with a chuckle because she knew Tiffany will definitely go back to sleep immediately she leaves. "You better get up before Mr Gerald comes here to wake you up by himself ", leila said. she knew the perfect way to get Tiffany to obey her and that was using her dad, Mr Gerald. Tiffany knew her father disliked lazy people so she immediately got up and moved toward the bathroom to take her shower. she didn't want her father to think of her as lazy. she was her parents favorite child since she was last among three children.

"Good morning everyone" Tiffany said before sitting down at the dining table for breakfast she pecked her dad and mom and started eating. "How are you doing in mathematics with the new tutor I got you princess" her dad asked her. Tiffany, even though very intelligent had some difficulties with mathematics so her dad got her and extra tutor at home. "well,dad I think it's helping and my tutor is great". "princess,I want your dreams to come true with your own efforts I don't want to have to use my power to get you what you want and I know you can do it, you never failed me", Mr Gerald said.

"Stuart, there will be a board meeting at the company's headquarters next week, I want you to contact all our branches nationwide I think it's time I appoint you as the president, I want to make it official". "okay dad, consider it done". Stuart is Mr Gerald's oldest son and also his dad's right hand man. He was the only son who was capable of running the family's company that were dealers in fabrics. They also owned restaurants which was managed by their mom. The family also had a cosmetic brand.

The last two children of the Wilson's" Tiffany and Salvador were still schooling. Salvador was a university student and Tiffany was in high school. "Tiffany let's go I'm done". "okay bro", Tiffany said grabbing her backpack. She always preferred Stuart to drop her at school than the drivers and bodyguards at in the mansion.

"so tell me, do you have a boyfriend now"? Stuart asked with a smirk. "oh come on Stuart, it's not my top priority now". "Hahaha, it's that the excuse you have, I bet you are scaring your suitors by disguising as a nerd, because tell me why guys will neglect my beautiful sister or they're probably scared of Gerald Wilson". "I'll find myself a boyfriend after I graduate from the university okay". "well okay I just hope that you won't catch menopause by then Hahaha". "Hey guys, what have I missed"? "well, nothing we also just arrived " Vanessa said . "well guys,guess what! my dad told me about his business partner's son he's called Joseph and I met him yesterday and I kinda like him, he even invited me to dinner" Sophie said blushing. " whatttt, but we have a party this Saturday don't tell us you are gonna miss it " they all said at once. " oh no, I'll never miss such a party okay, so relax guys, our date will be on Friday but I need someone to come along with me please ". "well that will be Fanny " Vanessa said and quickly pointed at Tiffany laughing.

"well what can I say, it's of no use trying to refuse. I'll tag along okay?" Sophie jumped on Tiffany and kissed her on her face "you have a heart of gold awww I'm touched". well that's what friends are for Sophie, now let's get our asses to class now. Vanessa said.

It was finally Friday and Tiffany accompanied Sophie to her dinner date. Sophie told Joseph about Tiffany earlier and he had no problem with it. Tiffany wore jeans with a tank top while Sophie wore a maxi dress of knee length height. They were now at the table with Joseph in a restaurant. Joseph made them laugh uncontrollably with his jokes even Tiffany was starting to like him as a friend. "I'll be transferring to your school soon Sophie" Joseph said and silence followed. "woah woah woah, don't tell me it's because of Sophie". " oh come on, that's not the reason but I'm happy. My dad is bringing the main branch of his company here and that means his family will be living here in London so I'll have to be transferred. Fortunately my dad chose your school because it's the best here and I like it too" Joseph explained.

" wow that's great" Sophie exclaimed. " But you are gonna miss the school welcome party since you are yet to be transferred, awww". " Oh ,I won't my dad has processed everything already so I can come to the party. so you should be expecting me at the party Sophie and Fanny, I can't wait to meet the rest of your friends. it's just that I'm gonna miss my best friend "Justin" but he'll also be moving to back to London with his family but I don't know when that will be." Don't tell me it's the famous Justin we all know, the son of the richest man in the United States". Tiffany said. " you're right,he and I are actually best friends since childhood" Joseph said. " you guys need to stop chattering and eat before the food gets cold" Sophie scolded them.

After the dinner at the restaurant they said their goodbyes and started moving back home. Joseph offered to take them home but Sophie's driver was already waiting for them. on their way home Sophie and Tiffany made preparations for tomorrow's party. "Tiffany,I had my mom book a salon for all of us so we'll get ready from there we just have to bring the dresses we'll be wearing to the party". I have already informed Vanessa. "well okay, why don't we choose our dresses together tomorrow"? "I think that's a great idea Tiffany." "well, see you tomorrow at the mall then, have a wonderful night girlie goodbye!

Today is Saturday which is the day of the party, Tiffany and her friends went to choose the dresses they will be wearing for the party

Tiffany chose a blue off shoulder knee length gown, Vanessa chose a red maxi dress, Sophie chose black gown. It was finally time to go to the party, Tiffany and her friends went together in Joseph's limousine, when they arrived at the party all eyes were on them. They never disappointed when it came to fashion. All Tiffany's friends were now with their partners on the dance floor.

"Hi, can I have a dance with you" Tiffany froze at the voice that came behind her, she turned and saw a handsome guy smiling at her. " It's okay if you are not interested, we can chat and have drinks together. by the way, my name is Peter blakes". oh, okay, I'm Tiffany Wilson, nice to meet you Peter ". " I know, I mean who doesn't know the most prettiest and hot girl in this school. I have always wanted to be friends with you,so I saw you standing alone here and I decided to come by. so can we be friends please?" "well I'm cool with that Peter, we can be friends ". " so shall we dance Tiffany? "okay Peter" Sophie noticed that Tiffany was dancing with a guy and she couldn't wait to talk about it with Tiffany.
