Offices were a Shangri La in itself, because the board thought 'only if the wildness of every young mind is surfaced, we can get something revolutionary'.
Rather than cabins with desk and computer, they had cubicles which were lounges to accommodate many people at a time.
Every lounge had different amenity, some with arcade games, VR and 12 D theatres, some with beds, some with dining tables to have secret convo over crunchy food, and many more leisure spaces. Long table with computers on it and cupboards under it, was the working space.
2 desktop for every person, one laptop of his own and the tables accommodated 12 people at a time. It was like a canteen structure, straight long tables with people sitting adjacent faced. COOL wasn't it?
Because cubicle space needs to be saved to get space for those other facilities that they get.
'Hello! Hello! Do you hear me?'
'what is happening with her?'
'Somebody fainted there'
I could hear vague voices with no energy to open my eyes.
I knew what happened but no idea of what was happening. Somebody had picked me up in arms and walking. Just then I regained consciousness having first look of someones sharply edged jaw.
We were almost outside the door where there were ambulance, fire brigade trucks and police vans in line along the pathway.
I moved a bit proving I was fine now.
Having a look at me, there was obvious worry in his eyes and the 2 woman running along with us.
"Are you ok?" he asked while putting me down.
I could do nothing except look down shamefully and nod. He still held my hand and with one hand on my shoulder and from the other side another woman holding me, we reached the ambulance.
"You should leave now. We are here." the woman said and he left.
I was a bit relaxed that I am not worried to lose my face anymore but also a girly tingle that the hot man was no more in my sight or carrying me in his arms.
"I am fine! I am fine! I have this medical condition right now. Do not worry. I just do not remember a about why I fainted. Its okay now. I would rest a bit. You may leave. Thank you for help."
Before any of the lady could utter a word or question I gave this long speech. They had nothing more to say. As I slept inside the ambulance, the ladies left.
Should I be worried?
Am I delusioned?
It was not a dream?
Why can't I carry myself , better and strong?
Am I that weak?
I rested for a bit and left.
As i was passing by from across the door to leave for my dwelling, his words were clear and loud. Unbeknownst my legs had stopped and my ears were more active, my brain processing every word with emotions and stories to be connected with them.
'First time and first days are so overrated. Not every first time is interesting or rocking, making your heart beat out of chest and make you brain go numb with the heart wrenching experience.
Do not give your hundred percent on the first day but rather tone down to understand how would you mould yourself in that atmosphere.
Rather than that extrovert proving yourself to everyone, try to understand people and work first and then never stop yourself! Same thing is to be applied for every first day whether it be job, marriage, party, or ...love. Thank you for listening to these personal morals of Berger Leonardo Bell, a.k.a workoholic senior, cruel boss virus, hasty young man, Leo and his ranting of life.
Thank you everyone. '
With this he concluded his speech.
Everyone applauding the chief guest, Berger Leonardo Bell, who is the face of Yengi Gaming Revolution and co., abbreviated as YGGR. Beijing, Tokyo, Singapore, Seoul their offices were widespread full of young people, giving the youth a new theory of future.
It was a fresher party or can say inauguration party for employees for their new office in New York.
Crowd was turning wild and uproared in happiness, click click click...everywhere the journalists and all for employees, model s and event.
It was on a huge scale.
The announcer would be announcing everyone to get comfortable, journalists to take good pictures, and other obvious dialogues for every guest.
I took a cab to get home because I avoided to drive especially for events where you have no idea about parking.
A new company office was being inaugurated and I had a scene to embarrass myself.
All my way I distracted myself so well with my phone overreacting on reading articles that I did not understand even a bit, looking at social media photos of my friend and commenting in my mind, fidgeting as if I wanted to pee at the moment or it would leak, and for sometime just numb feeling salvation.
On reaching home, as soon as I unlocked the door, a tear fell off my eyes.
Taking a deep breath, I changed my clothes and straight to bed.
I tried all types of meditations and did not have an idea when my eyes went shut.
