Chapter 7: The Spirit and Family

"Hey Beautiful" he says as I put my arms around his neck to give him a kiss.
"Hello Handsome" I reply as we kiss. I break the kiss for some air and I feel someone else in the room, so I look at the door, but no one is there. So I do a spell that let's me see the spirits that can not be seen. All of a sudden I feel a set of hands on my throat as I tell Rich
"Leave my room now, I will come and get you when it is safe to be here" I say this my brother comes in and takes Rich out of the room for me to heaven my space. The hands leave my throat and I see the spirit that I have dealt with before and for some reason he follows me all the time.
"What do you want now" I ask
"I need help to cross over and every time I ask, someone pulls me away from you and since you moved here they dont know that I am here. So please help me" he asks
"So why did you choke me then" I ask
"I didnt want that boy here with you alone" he tells me
"Well he is my boyfriend" I say to him.
"I will help you if you leave him alone and give me time to get ready and I need to take a shower" I say to him as i get my clothes that I wear in my richerals and headed to my bathroom for a shower. As i take my shower i think about how am i goin to help him cross over. Then i hear a voice say
"Just go to you secret place and I will tell you how to help him cross over" I just listen to her the voice and finish my shower and get ready to leave for my secret place. I go and get my items that I got told to get for the spell and I put it all in one of my duffel bags. I walk out and tell my family
"I will be back in a little and do not follow me or I will get hurt. I will tell y'all what is goin on when I get back" I say as I walk out of the house to get in my truck. I get in my truck and go to my secret place. When I get there I hear the voice again
"Repeat after me and do as I say"
"Okay" I reply to the voice and do as she says. As I do all of what she said to help the boy cross over to the other side. By the time I get done with the spell, the spirit of the boy is fading and then he says
"Thank you for helpin me cross over. Now I can be with my family that passed and able to cross over before me"
"Your welcome and I am glad that you get to be with your family" I say as he finally fades away. I put everything back into my duffel and get in my truck to go home and explain what was goin on with me. As I pull up everyone comes runnin out of the house to me and Rich helps me out of my truck.
"Let's go and I will explain everything to y'all" I say as we go into the house and go to the living room to sit.
"So the reason why I left and said what I said was to keep y'all safe. I have to help a spirit of a boy that needed help to cross over. That is the reason why I got choked up in my room, Rich. He has now crossed over and I dont have to deal with him again" I finish sayin with Amanda lookin at me with a small smile.
"We are just glad you are not hurt" mom says to me and everyone else just nods in agreement.
"There is someone in the dining room who wants to talk to you" mom says as we get done talkin and we head to the dining room I see a man sitting at the table.
"What can I do for you sir" I ask as I walk up to the table
"Please sit down" he says as I sit across from him
"My name is Jack and I am one of your cousins. I thought you might like to read this before we talk" Jack says as he hands me a picture and a letter. I take the picture and letter from him and I look at the picture to see me as a little girl with a old man and woman, then I read the letter.
*The Letter*
Dear Baby Girl,
I wish we could see you grow into a bright young lady you are goin to be. You might be wondering why we have a picture of you with us as well, we are siblings of your grandmother Lilly. She would bring you over every time you would visit her in the summer, since she passed away we have not been able to find you. So that is the reason why Jack is sitting in front of you right now.you are a special little one, you are a witch and witches are common in out family. The only one that gets the witches powers is the youngest of each of the generation which is you my dear. Your grandmother was the youngest out of us and since you mom was the only child from your grandmother, she didn't get the powers, but I see that the moon goddess had a reason why your mother was a only child was because you were the next generation to get Lilly's powers. We would like to give you some of Lilly's things that she has at our house. So if you would like just let Jack know, so he can show you the way to our house. Also happy 16th birthday baby girl. You will be gettin other creatures after you on your first full moon after your 16th birthday, so we would like to help protect you from them. Since they want to be powerful. You are the next queen for the witches and wizards, so a lot of witches will come to see if you are ready to be queen and the witches board members be coming when you get all of your powers to help you control all your powers. "So Jack what is this about and why are you here?" I ask
"Well as the letter says you are the next queen and you can bring peace between all the creatures in the world" Jack says as I nod
"Well how soon can I see aunt and uncle" I ask
"As soon as you want" he says as I look at my family and Rich
"Can we go now" I ask
"Sure" Jack replies
"Let me go change out of this really quick and we can be off" I said as I get up to go change out of this outfit

As I get pushed out of Rose's room by Chris, all I can do is worry her and what is goin on with her and see what is goin on with her. So I just wait for her downstairs and we hear her door open. We go to the hallway and see her in a black outfit and carrying a duffel bag.
"I am leaving for a little and do not follow me or I will get hurt. I well tell you guys what is goin on when I get back" she says as she goes out the door.
"What is goin on with her? She was yelling at me to leave her room and then Chris comes in and pushes me out here" I say
"When I was with her earlier, she told me that she can talk to spirits and help them. When I heard he yelling, I ran up to her room and seen her hand on her throat. I thought that it was the same spirit that has been followin her for awhile" Chris said
"So why the duffel bag" I ask
"It has her items that she needs to help a spirit cross over to the other side" Chris said
Sorry way until she turns back here and tell us what is going on with her. I just wish she would tell me before something or someone can her her. Sometimes when I would see her in the school Holloway's I would see her upset or I would see her have a hood on over her head. I think it to hide from certain people like Chrissy in the cheerleaders. Sometimes when I would see Rose my heart would stop and skip a beat. I started to think fast fallen in love with her at first sight. As we waited for her to come back to the house, there is a knock on the door and Chris went to answer the door. I was curious a who will was at the door, so I went to look to see and help Chris.
"Hello how may I help you" Chris said
"Yes I am lookin for someone" the person said
"Who are lookin for and do you have a picture of the person" Chris asks
"Yes I do" He says as he gets the picture out and hands Chris the picture, then all of a sudden Chris yells
"Mom, dad please come here" They both come running to the door and Chris shows them the picture of period they look at the man and say
"Where did you get this"
"It has been in a box at my grandmother's house. I was going through boxes and found the picture and letter with it" he said
"Do you have the letter with you by chance" Rachel Rose's mom asks
"Yes I do" He says as he pulls the letter out.
"Why don't you come in and sit and we can talk" Will Rose's dad says as Chris moves away from the door and we all go to the dining room and sit and talk. Then I hear a truck pull up and I see you lights shining through the window.
"She's back" I say as I get up to go help my girl out of her truck. We all get up except for the man named Jack. We all ran out of the house to her truck as she stops her trucks, so I go to the driver side and open the door for her and help her out.
"Let's go inside and I will explain everything to y'all" She says as we go into the house and go to the living Room to sit.

"So Jack what is this about and why are you here"
"Well as the letter says you are the next queen and you can bring peace between all the creatures in the world" Jack says as Rose nods
"Well how soon can I see auntie and uncle" she asks
"As soon as you want" Jack answers as she looks at me and her family
"Can we go now" Rose asks
"Sure" Jack answers
"Let me go change out of this really quick and we can be off" she says as she leaves to go change. I follow her out of the dining room and upstairs to her room.
"Can you trust him" I ask
"Yes I can he is one of my cousins that I hear from once in awhile" she says as she goes to her closet to change.
