In Lincoln High school, the school with secrets hiding behind every glittering hallway, Martin Cole is the golden boy at 18 — arrogant, athletic, popular among his peers, yet unrested within. Then Miss Theresa Alcott, a dazzling brain and beauty at 35, an English teacher fresh from a sour divorce, arrives at school and Martin's world is turned upside down.Their romance begins innocently — a little argument at school, a reluctant apology, a call with the intent of clearing the air. But what starts as curiosity develops into an unexplainable bond that they both can't define.Theresa, having been betrayed by her former husband, vows never again to open herself up to any man. Martins, who was confused about the phenomenon of first love and also lacked affection, sees Theresa as not just his class teacher but someone who understands him intimately. Theirs is an affair that walks the wire between affection and impropriety, safety and danger, each second drawing tightening a thread that can unravel both their lives. When vice-principal Mr. Raymond, a moral absolutist, catches them by surprise alone during a stormy night, suspicion is raised. Theresa's instant ingenuity saves them, but murmurs surface within the school. Anonymous messages are stuck up — Someone has seen you. You shouldn't meet here either. They are caught in a snare of desire and fear and don't know whom to trust. Is it Simon, Martins's inquisitive best friend?A bitter rival of Theresa's?Or even Raymond himself, manipulating from the shadows? As the pressure increases, martins grew more protective and reckless.Theresa is caught between protecting her reputation, her career, and the feelings she can no longer suppress. Their secret trysts are full of risk; their silence, torment. Each chapter peels off yet another layer of their pasts: Theresa's broken marriage, Martins's troubled home life, and the mysterious past between Raymond and Theresa before she arrived at the school. The letters progress from threat to menace, and there are showdowns, lies, and a scramble for cover. In the third act, Martins discovers that the blackmailer is not after gossip — but revenge.Theresa's former husband, a teacher at a different school, was fired in a scandal which Mr. Raymond knows about . The past comes back to haunt them, and Martins and Theresa are caught in between .The narrative moves towards a strong finale where both are faced with deciding to save themselves or save each other — a choice that will prove to test love, loyalty, and truthfulness. In the end, the book in Love with My High School Professor :Theresa is a taboo love romance book; it's a tale of two broken individuals united by circumstance that try to find where they belong in a world that will not accept them.ThemesForbidden emotions and moral boundariesPower, vulnerability, and consequenceThe line between protection and possessionReputation, rumor, and the price of truthHealing after betrayal

Chapter one: Hostile at first
Miss Theresa, the new English teacher, walked into the senior class in black stiletto heels, which echoed through the room like a warning. Miss Theresa can be described as stylish as she wore a red fitted gown perfectly displaying her hour glass shape as she walked gracefully and elegantly. She stood before the class, eyes sharp . "My name is Miss Theresa Alcott," she began. "Your English teacher — and hopefully, by the end of term, your favorite." Some of the students nervously laughed. But not Martins. Martins stood at the rear, tall and muscular, his athletic build an easy target of envy among the boys and admiration by the girls. His angular jaw and roguish smile rendered him the most popular boy in school — and also the most distracted. He muttered something to his friend Simon, which elicited some stifled giggles. Miss Theresa's eyes move sharply across the room like a sharp knife. "Young man," she spoke sharply, breaking the silence in the classroom with her words. "If you think good looks are an excuse for bad manners, I'd be happy to educate you and teach you manners “ The class went quiet. Martins's face wore a look of shock. No teacher had ever spoken to him in that manner. Miss Theresa has totally broken his ego. For the rest of the English class, Martins sat quietly, pretending to pay attention but was fuming inside of him. “She thinks she can talk to me like that?” he muttered under his breath. “She’s not even that special.” But he was wrong — and he’d soon find out how wrong. When the bell rang, Miss Theresa stacked her books neatly and looked up. “Martins, you’ll help me carry these to my car.” Martins sighed deeply but did as he was told. Outside, the afternoon sun was bright as they walked to the parking lot outside. Miss Theresa walked elegantly beside him, her perfume was of heavenly fragrance, calm but intoxicating. "How old are you?" she asked suddenly. "I'm eighteen years ," he replied, wondering where the question was going. She smiled cynically. "I have a son your age." Martins' eyes grew wide in disbelief. "You—have a son?" "Yes I do," she said, opening her car. "But he doesn't live with me anymore." She said her voice a little bit cold. She handed him her phone. "Put down your number. I might need a student assistant for after-class projects." Martins hesitated, then did so. "Good," she said, her lips opening a little. "Have a good day, Martins." She drove off, and he remained standing. Maybe she's not as hostile as I thought, Martins said to himself before returning to his class. Simon was waiting in class. "So what did Miss Theresa say to you, Romeo?" he taunted. "Nothing much. Just warned me not to disturb her class." "Nothing much? But you were with her for nearly ten minutes! Don't tell me you didn't notice how gorgeous and beautiful she is ?” Martins shook his head. "She's our teacher, Simon." “Teacher or not, she’s smoking hot. If she ever says she likes you, don’t hesitate.” Martins laughed. “That’s never going to happen.” “Fine, then at least respond to Linda — she likes you.” “Tell her I’m not interested.” martins replied Simon sighed. “You’ll regret this when everyone else gets girlfriends and you’re still reading grammar books with Miss Theresa.” They both laughed and headed for basketball practice.
